The next morning, Alex and Sandra head over to Lincoln's house. He has promised Sandra that he will get to that person that dares to send such a card to her.
As they approach the well-protected house, Sandra knew immediately that this will be Lincoln's house, she has been here before. And Alex felt her hand tightening around his. She was afraid that something bad will happen to them.
“Alex, please let's go back. It's okay. I believe you and I won't be angry anymore, I know... I know you are not getting married to Evelyn, let's just go home.”
But before Sandra knew it, they were standing right in front of Lincoln in his bedroom.
Sandra scanned the room as her eyes twinkle with fear. She looked over at Alex and silently squeeze his hand.
He turned to look at her but he was not ready to give in, he wants to put an end to this. He wants Sandra to see that he has nothing to do with that wedding card.
“Who do we got here?” Lincoln asked in surprise although he was not surprised that Alex could pass all his security men and walk through that door to get to his bedroom, he knew that he uses his power to get to his room but what surprised him was why will he have to come here with Sandra, maybe he didn't come here to fight” he smiles at Alex relieved that today is not his last day.
"What's the meaning of this?" Alex showed Lincoln the wedding card.
"Of course, it's a wedding card. I invited Sandra here to attend the wedding, you and my daughter are getting married. Do you have a problem with that? She deserves to know."
"How dare you?" Alex was about to strangle the old man to death, but Sandra held him and start begging him to stop.
Lincoln could only laugh as he knew that Alex won't be able to kill him now. If he was ready to kill him, he wouldn't come here with Sandra.
"Look" Alex turned to Sandra, "he is the person who did It, he's the one who send you that card not me, and I'm telling you in front of him right now and right here that I know nothing about this wedding card! I'm not lying to you," he told Sandra, but she asked him if they should go home and leave the old man alone.
They turned to leave, but Lincoln told Alex to get ready. "Alex, your wedding will be in a week. I'm getting everything prepared and remember, you owe me. You still owe me, Alex."
“To hell with you,” he told Lincoln and walk out with Sandra, but they didn't walk past the guards, they just disappeared into their own house.
“Wow, that was fast. How did you do it?” Sandra asks Alex.
Alex doesn't like doing this, but as time goes by, he now thinks that is a blessing for him to have his power and now that Sandra has accepted him, he can use his power anyhow he wants.
