Might Be His Father

Tang Chen headed home after his conversation with Yin Yi Bo at the noodle restaurant. On their walk back, Tang Chen was still unable to remove some thoughts from his mind.

That nice uncle who often chatted with him at the convenience store might be his father.

Just thinking about it made it feel strange all over.

Tang Chen tried to recall his interaction with that man. He remembered the first time he ran into that uncle.

His mother was taking him and Xiao Xiao to the zoo.

Then, his grandmother wanted to train him to buy things from the shop and sent him to buy some candies at a nearby convenience store.

He wanted to reach for something but was too short.

Later, that uncle showed up and helped him.

Tang Chen had never expected that he would run into that uncle again soon. They frequently met at the convenience store near his apartment. That nice uncle was still helping him to reach for things that he could not reach.
