Here We Go Again

"I think Vera Gilmore knows more than she's letting on," Josh said grimly after they left the antique shop. "There was a definite flash of recognition in her eyes." 

"Yes but she also didn't seem like she was lying. She said she had never heard the name Candace Parker before but that wording struck me as odd. Her boyfriend might have mentioned her by another name or without a last name," Andrew added. 

"Huh. That would make sense…but why wouldn't she tell us that?"

"Maybe she knows where the woman is hiding. She's been off the grid for years. No job, living off of her father's estate. He was a pretty successful businessman before his death so the farmhouse has been left sitting for years with the property taxes all taken care of.
