Chapter 1: (Beginning)

"Clan Master Hua as long as I know our Ice Clan has been the safest place in Halém, your

wife will deliver her baby safely." As the doctor tells Hua Wuque the great news he walks towards his wife gently and caresses her face with his hands while she smiles. "I can't wait for our little girl to arrive ,my love.

He smiles in response. "I promise you Yanli you and the baby will be my number one focus from now on." Yanli smiles and soft slowly off to sleep.

As Clan Master Hua turns to exit he notice the

doctors concern look on his face. "What is the cause of that look?" The doctor focuses his attention at the Clan Master and then back at his wife. "In order to marry you Clan Master she had to betray her Clan a long time ago... I'm afraid...." As the doctor stares intensely at Clan Master Hua's wife he grows

impatient. "Tell Me!!" The doctor takes a breathe and speaks. "If her Clan Leader hears

about the newborn offspring soon to be born, there will surely be trouble." Clan Master Hua snickers at the doctors claim. "When it comes to the Fire Clan, Yaoyue she wouldn't dare

hurt my wife." The doctor nods. "If that's what you want-. Suddenly, a few guards burst through the entrance some injured. Leaving Clan Master Hua and the doctor both shocked. "What happened!?" Clan Master shouts.

One of the guards grunts in pain but manages to speak. "Lady Yaoyue from the fire Clan attacked and killed our army of men! She demands that we hand over your wife Clan Master Hau!" Stunned in anger the Clan Master lets out a furious yell. "Gather the

remaining soldiers and all of our weapons!, it

seems as if the fight has begun." They nod and the ones that were well left. A hand was

felt on the Clan Master shoulders as he turned and realized it was the doctor. "Clan Master you knew this day would come sooner then expected didnt you?"

Clan Master hesitates to answer as he knew what the doctor said was true. He did know. He blinded Yanli from knowing the truth. He wanted her to be free from her worries. But failed. "Clan Master-." All of a sudden a loud scream was heard from his wife. "Yanli!!" Quickly Clan Master and the doctor dashed to her immediately. "Clan Master I'm afraid the baby is coming Now!!" Those words hit deep inside him as his worries over flooded with anxiety...

*A few minutes pass*

As Clan Master Hua paste around waiting out

the door. The clinic was filled with baby cries and laughter. He quickly ran into the room to find his newborn daughter in his wife's hands. "I'm so proud of you." Clan Master says as he kissed the baby head gently earning a giggle. "What do you want to call her dear?" Clan Master Hua asks his wife. "Let's call her Xiaosha." Clan Master smiles humbly. "I love it... Xiaosha😌." But of course not all good moments last long. The doctor was suddenly shot by an arrow through glass that went though his shoulder. He screams in pain as he collapses on the floor.

Yanli screams follows by baby's cries and a slightly panicked Clan Master. "My love, it's not safe in Ice Resorts, we must leave." Clan Master agrees as he manages to pick up Yanli and slowly make their way to a tent boat where Xinlan Yanlis sister waits in. "Yanli!!" Xinlan hugs her in fear and worry. "We must go my love hurry!" Yanli urges Hua to come in the boat but he doesn't. He kisses her and the baby and smiles. Yanli now understands what's happening. She looks up at him in disbelief and a single tear drop fall from her eyes as she mummers "don't go." Clan Master heads off to face Yaoyue face on.

Resulting in his wife Yanli to burst into tears.

*Flashback*

Jiang: "Brother you know what will happen if Yaoyue wants to kill Yanli, what will happen to the Ice Clan right?"

Clan Master: "I'm fully aware even a woman as ruthless as her would go so slow to kill her own blood related sister."

Jiang: "As long as I know this intense hatred for our Ice Clan and Fire Clan as been on for generations."

Clan Master: "That's why I must wipe out their

Clan before they wipe out mine."

Clan Master: "I must kill her..."
