Leaving for the site

After getting inside the car Damon didn't ordered his driver to drive and was silently seating when he heard light footsteps coming towards his direction, he looked up and saw his little was coming over, she came and sat beside him. Watching her behavior from yesterday, he never expected her to ride on the same car with him. She ignored him and he didn't know what to say so the driver silently drove them to the company.

When they reached the company, Alena got out and waited for him to come out, when he did she followed him silently till the other secretary joined her. She got the schedule from her and spoke, "Director, you have a meeting right with the marketing team and in the evening you have to visit the construction site with Mr. Jeff". Damon was still wondering about her behavior and didn't reply until he reached his office.

He got inside his cabin and was about to take off his coat, Alena spoke from behind "You have a meeting right now". Damon paused and turned to look at her and she came forward with files in her hand and said, "The marketing for the new product has come up with some issues and the head seems to be unable to solve it so a meeting is called in conference room four".

Damon wanted to say something but she had turned already and went for her desk, she sat and got her busy with some work. The meeting was held for more than two hours and it was nearly the time for lunch so she contacted the other secretary and asked her to arrange the food for the director.

After another half an hour, he returned to his cabin and saw her still working on the side table. Feeling his gaze on her, she texted the secretary to bring over the food. Damon sat on his chair and heard a knock on the door.

Damon replied, "Come in".

The secretary reminded him, "Director, your lunch has been delivered. Should i serve it on the cross table?"

Damon shook his head and said, "Leave at the table"

The secretary replied, "Yes sir" and did what was told and left shortly after that.

Damon kept looking at Alena but she didn't returned his gaze, this went on for a while and now Alena was getting annoyed, she stood up wanting to leave the office but before she could touch the door handle she heard him "Have lunch with me".

She paused but didn't turn and replied, "I have already eaten director" and wanted to leave but he spoke again, "Then serve me the food".

Alena clenched her hands and walked to the table and at the same time Damon came to sit beside the table. While he was reaching for the chair his hand brushed past her and she paused before resuming her work. She took out all the items outside and placed them in the serving bowl and plate and then wiped her hands wanting to leave but her hands were caught by him and before he could speak, his phone buzzed.

Without leaving her hand, he answered the call and spoke, "Yes, i am aware Mr. Jeff and i will be there within one hour". Alena didn't struggle and waited for him to speak, he cut the call and spoke, "We will be leaving for the construction site and won't be back until dawn so get some warm clothes from the resting room".

He loosened his grip and Alena retreated her hand back to her side, while walking to the room she thought, "So, you have also brought women here not bad Mr. Player".
