Louis p.o.v

y/n was a very... interesting carnivore to say the least. I of course did a little research on her the night before. I wanted to make sure something like Tim didn't happen to another student, what was the school thinking about letter her in? She's not that famous, sure she has played in a few popular yet controversial musicals and is going to debut with a new song but that means nothing. the school should worry more about the safety of herbivores than diversifying the school with these filthy carnivores. " so y/n what are you going to get for lunch?" i said as i kept walking. i waited for a response and got none. i stopped and turned around to see her further back sitting on the ground signing papers for some of the chipmunk students.

I walked up to see what was talking so long but i soon realized they where having a small conversation as well. i stayed a little behind not wanting to interrupt. " wow its so cool to get your signature, how are you liking it here so far?" the first chipmunk spoke " its pretty cool so far, i'm going to go get lunch before i finish settling in, i hope they have egg sandwiches." so her favorite food is egg sandwiches? reminds me of the dumb wolf. " oh yea, i think they should have some today! well we will see you later!" the first one spoke again. y/n was about to stand back up when the second one spoke " oh to let you know, even though you haven't been here long, there are already some dumb roomers about you being connected to a killing of one of the drama club members who was killed by a carnivore" dang it! i didn't want her knowing about the death just yet. " OK, thank you for letting me know, i hope to see you around sometime"

she got up and waved them goodbye, i pretend like i wasn't paying attention and just noticed her. " are you ready for lunch?" she nodded her head " yea, i'm kinda starving since i haven't eaten today." I made a hum in understanding, i noticed something. when she was talking to her fans she put on almost a different attitude, but now with me shes more monotone and straight face, i know one must keep up a certain image to appeal to fans but she puts on an entire facade. interesting. Opening my mouth to ask a question I was interrupted by y/n asking her own question " hey Louis do you think you can take me to where the gardening club is after lunch?" now this shocked me, i was going to go tell haru about her after lunch, i quickly make up an excuse, " maybe tomorrow unfortunately i had business to handle with the drama club dealing with the upcoming play." I hope that was a good enough excuse i looked back. thankfully she understood and said she was just going to settle in her dorm and get some rest.

3rd person p.o.v

when they got to the lunch room Louis instructed y/n on where to get her meal from and they he would go find a table saying he wasn't hungry and probably wont eat until later afternoon. you waited in line and hoped they had your favorite which was an egg sandwich, and unfortunately they didn't. the cafeteria lady kindly told you where to get them but you said you would just get what they had now, which was an tomato soup and grilled cheese. Getting out of line you looked around and quickly found Louis sitting at the table closest to the exit. walking towards the table you didn't notice all the eyes trailing your figure nor did you hear the whispers of people talking about you as well, how you're taller in person and how you look cool. some where of hate as well saying you shouldn't be at the school and things of the sort.

you sat down at the table and started to eat. after a few bites of your sandwich and soup half gone Louis decided it would be good to tell you about Tim. " now y/n i know you might have heared about the recent and unfortunate death of Tim." you swallowed your bit of sandwich and looked at Louis. " yea i heard. its quite sad. i called the school actually ya know. to ask if i should wait until things died down and let the school properly mourn and things like that but they insisted i come." This was a surprise to Louis, never had he thought a carnivore would do something like this and he doesn't believe it either, to him you where only saying this so you could seem nice and caring to herbivores so you an have the upper hand. it the same with lions, since they are at the top of the food chain they have to be at the top of society. "That's quite kind of you y/n thank you for your consideration. thoug-" but before he could finish a familiar gray wolf and his golden retriever friend came up to the table.

Legoshi what business do you have coming to the table? cant you see i'm having a conversation with the new student? Legoshi seemed to freeze up, not fully thinking about what he was going to say, thankfully his friend spoke up. " haha we where just coming by to welcome the new student right legoshi?" the dog nudged the side of the wold getting his attention. " u-uh yea t-that's all." pinching the bridge of his nose Louis let out a sigh. " make it quick. y/n has to go rest and i have business to take care of."

you decided to introduce yourself first seeing how timid the grey would was, finding it cute. " Hi my name is y/n l/n but just call me y/n." you held out your hand waiting for them to introduce themselves " Hi! my name is jack! its very nice to meet you and this is my best friend legoshi" they both shook your hand and you got up along with Louis. " well its nice to meet you two and i hope we can hang out sometime." you and louis walked to put your tray away and out the lunch room. jack turned to legoshi and hit him on the back " way to go legoshi, you got to meet your idol, she even said we can hang out in the future!" walking to the line legoshi chuckled and scratched the back of his neck " i don't know jack I'm pretty sure she was saying that to be nice" shaking his head jack said " yea that may be so but we never know until we see her again"

back to you and louis

louis was kind enough to walk you back to your room stating he wouldn't want you to get lost. " well thank you louis for giving me a tour of the school. maybe if you aren't busy we could hang out sometime. i know this very nice cafe i feel like you would enjoy." even though louis hated the idea of actually hanging out with a carnivore he took this as an opportunity to figure out what you where all about. " sure maybe one day on the weekend or when I've done the play. but i must be going now, see you tomorrow" you waved goodbye and entered your dorm room to start unpacking while louis when to go see a particular bunny

skip to the gardening club

haru was tending to the flowers by giving them their daily watering when she heard someone come through the door. she never expects anyone to come around this time since its lunch but she was surprised to see it was Louis. " um hey louis what are you doing here? you never come round this time" Louis walks up to her and pats her head like he always does, then stands back up straight. " I've come to warn you about the new girl. i know you don't follow celebrities much but shes a rising one, she wants to join your club. i don't really trust her but apparently shes knows for having a lot of herbivore friends. i have no clue what her motive is but i will figure it out. let her in your club or not i don't care quite frankly but be careful, you know they cant control themselves" haru stood their quite shocked at what louis just said, none the less she shook her head which confused the male. " louis your being overly cautious, but if it seems to bother you so much ill let you know if she does anything out of line. which i don't think she will but whatever."

louis left saying he had something to do and would stop by again later and haru was left to tend the flowers again, exited that she was finally going to have another member of her club.
