Drake City

"Everyone who does not submit will be punished by death on the spot, this was the will of our king." Melson shouted after the people on Drake City opposed to the call of arm of people including children age 10 and above, women and even the old.

Klement who was beside him could not do anything and did not say a word, he was tormented at the sight but could not do anything.

"Prince Klement, Lead the assembled civilian troops and report to me any problems." Melson with a serious face, returned to his tent outside of Drake City while the soldiers was readying the civilians with light armor and weapon.

During the next day, all civilians who were conscripted were gathered. They are a combination of civilians from Drake city and the neighboring cities nearby. They plan to attack first Snow fort before Urza Kingdom could assemble. It was Melson's Strategy

"LINE UP." Klement who was early to assemble the civilians, kicked someone who was not in line. He continued to reprimand everyone he sees not cooperating. He even whipped those who looked at him with disdain.

"Good job Klement, these plebeians are worth nothing, they need to learn that to serve their kingdom is what they live for and dying by it is their duty." Melson was smiling as he saw Klement.

"I have thought it deep but my father was right about me, I have been so soft these years that it affected my true worth. I will correct this mistake and prove to my father that he is wrong." Klement gazed at the direction of Snow Fort as he was stating.

"Well done, you have grown. I am also proud of you my prince. From now on, you are truly a prince of Luxlor kingdom..Remember that these people are worthless, they will just multiply indefinitely, but this time, they will have a purpose. We will test the water and gather information before the main army arrive here, besides I heard that their King is merciful and he will have a hard time dealing with these civilians."

The civilians lined up shaking some children crying but forced their voices in their throat, if not they will be dealt with whipped and beating. The adults though hated it so much, they could not do anything. Their lives could be ended immediately with these mana users, they are like ants. Though they could use mana, it is nothing compared to the trained soldiers and high rank officials. They could only swallow their anger and hope the enemy would have no mercy and kill them without pain.

Snow Fort

"Communication" [Green], "System" [Green], "Soldiers and officers" [Green: On Standby] "Autonomous Units" [Green: On Standby] "For URZA..." "URZA" The generals, officers, and all units on the ground saluted as the battle would commence shortly.

As the Azure Dragon of the East, She was the General assigned to lead the whole army. She was inside a Sphere called the Command Sphere. Alone she can see all what was happening and can command directly the units on the field.

Minutes before the battle would start, Snow Fort were already prepared, while Luxlor Army was also on the other side, on the frontlines are the civilian corp. while on their back are the Mage Battalion ready to fire when needed, but the Luxlor army real plan was to put the civilians to clash and fire at the busy enemy even while the civilians are fighting. In short, it was a sacrifice to potentially thin the side of Urza Kingdom Army.

The horn sounded and the civilians rush to fight, they have no choice but to fight in fear of punishment of death by their own kingdom. Along with them is Klement's Cavalry at the back which is the one to maintain their positions and kill any deserter.

"500 meters, 400, 300, 200, 100, 50, 40...Engage" The charging civilians crush into the Cybernetic shield of the heavy infantry Mechanized Knight Hoplite(MKH). The advance was halted, but Fort Snow did not retaliate, instead it's artillery started to attack the ones far ahead.

"People do not resist, go surrender and drop your weapons." Klement and his men shouted at the civilians, who was confused. But they quickly realized what was happening because of their adrenaline.

The civilians started to drop their weapons, and run towards Snow Fort while the artillery was occupied with firing towards the mage corp of Luxlor Kingdom.

"What is happening?" Melson, was so angered of the happening as he saw the immediate surrender of the civilians, and before he could order deploy the Mages, they were bombarded by beams of explosion and chaos. The Army scattered at the unending barrage of projectile.

FLASHBACK

A few days, before the battle started, during the night. They secretly escaped the camp and entered Snow Fort with some of his men disguised as messenger.

At the palace, they were received by Shierra.

"And what message do you have?" Shierra was skeptical because, the said messenger was not in uniform and sneaked in like rats but they were discovered easily and brought inn.

Klement then explained who he was, and showed some evidence of his identity which made Shierra interested.

"The King's son is the messenger, interesting. What message would you have that you yourself personally brought it here? Is it from the Old King?"

"Your highness, I have no message to give but a request. Please help the civilians." Klement then explained everything and in detail. After that Shierra was convinced that he was not lying and cooperated.

They then device a plan to help not only the current civilians outside Snow Fort but also all other Civilians conscripted by these war.

Present

"God Damn it...Retreat and order the Firing of siege weapon, hurry." Melson has to do something and the only thing he thinks that could reach the range are the siege weapon that they are supposed to use to the walls. But before his orders could reach the siege team. Their siege weapons are destroyed and bombarded by explosion coming from above. Drones that carry weapons to destroy the said siege machines was quick to cripple their plan.

At the same time, while the civilians corp together with some soldiers and officers are marching towards the gathering area near Snow Fort. They were ambushed by soldiers of Urza. The soldiers and officers captured while the civilians surrendered. All these events simultaneously happened in one day.
