"The best method would be to legislate to guarantee the citizen rights of Wilderness Wanderers. I can have my councilors propose a bill for discussion in the council, but the chances of it passing are very low.
This kind of law that involves introducing immigrants generally requires the absolute majority of the city council—that is, more than two-thirds of the councilors to pass it. Currently, through some of the minority parties in the alliance, I only control just over half of the seats in the city council."
As he said this, he looked at He Ao, and his tone paused for a moment before adding softly,
