Currently, Aeon was standing on the ground that was drenched by Lunar Serpents' blood and under the moonlight, the blood brightly shone, making Aeon see his surroundings better.

Hence, if he tried to escape, he would be entering a less visible area and then, Aeon wouldn't be able to dodge the attacks from Lunar Serpents.

Therefore, Aeon removed the possibility of escaping from his current situation as it would only increase the chances of getting poisoned and killed.

Aeon didn't stop his killing of the Lunar Serpents just because he was thinking.

While continuing his line of thoughts, Aeon slashed the Lunar Serpents and with each slash of his Black Blade, he was killing at least 6 Lunar Serpents and the additional Lunar Serpents were killed by his Summoned Goblin Soldiers.

Of course, he was receiving the Poison Splash; however, with the increase in the capacity of his Poison Index, it was not a big deal.

'Even though I have some trump cards like Goblinfire Bolt, Quaggoth Attack Talisman and Komodoan Attack Talisman, I can't kill all the Lunar Serpents at once.'

The Lunar Serpents were dispersed all around him and they even lunged at him in groups of 10. Hence, even if Aeon used his trump cards, he could only kill a small group of Lunar Serpents which he could even kill with a single swing of his Black Blade.

So, he can't really use those trump cards as they would only be wasted with the current number of Lunar Serpents lurking around him.

'Wait a second…what if I use that?'

As time ticked, Aeon suddenly thought of something and decided to give it a try, 'Even if it doesn't work, I don't mind wasting that.'

As soon as he thought of his new plan, Aeon didn't waste any time as he ordered his Goblin Soldiers, "Stay close to me."

Hearing their master's command, the three Summoned Goblin Soldiers stopped attacking the Lunar Serpents and stuck to Aeon very closely.

After slashing a dozen Lunar Serpents to death, Aeon took a small shining crystal out of his Goblin Secret Ring.

It was none other than the special low-level Life Crystal that he created with his ability.

Under the moonlight, the Life Crystals shone brighter than usual and immediately called the Lunar Serpents' eyes.

Next, he threw it on the open ground and patiently waited while resuming his killing.

However, after seeing the Life Crystal, the Lunar Serpents no longer showed interest in Aeon as they hurriedly rushed towards the Life Crystal.

For each monster race, there are might specific crystals to increase their strength; however, among all the crystals like Goblin Essence Crystals, Quaggoth Essence Crystals, Komodoan Essence Crystals or any other crystals, the Life Crystals stand at the top.

It was because, unlike those crystals, Life Crystals are a special type of cultivation resource that can be used by any race and being for their cultivation.

Hence, Aeon knew that the Life Crystal would definitely make the Lunar Serpents like it; however, he didn't expect that they would go crazy over it.

'Good…good. It makes things much easier for me.'

Aeon revealed an excited smile on his face, as he thought about it for a while and decided to use both Komodoan Attack Talisman and Quaggoth Attack Talisman.

Aeon believed that among his three attack-type trump cards, Goblinfire Bolt was the strongest one and thus, he decided to keep it as it still had five days before it disappeared whether he used it or not.

First, Aeon tore the Quaggoth Attack Talisman followed by the Komodoan Attack Talisman.

In the next second, two black transparent Quaggoth's legs appeared and made an 'X' before landing on the huge pile of Lunar Serpents fighting for a single Life Crystal.

At the same time, a huge grey-coloured transparent Komodoan's arm with sharp claws swiped at the pile of Lunar Serpents.

With the two attacks, the huge pile of Lunar Serpents were blasted into pieces, leaving behind nothing but their blood which shone brightly under the moonlight.

After blasting the huge pile of Lunar Serpents, the Grimoire of Life and Death didn't wait for Aeon's order as it rushed forward and gulped everything in a single go.

Of course, even though he was poisoned till 1200 points, it was because Aeon was focused on killing the Lunar Serpents while taking in some poisonous attacks.

Aeon took a deep breath as he checked his surroundings to see whether any Lunar Serpents were lurking around him.

Because of the blast, the Lunar Serpents's blood spilt over a large area, making that entire area as bright as it was in the daytime.

'Phew…I have taken care of all.'

Aeon heaved a sigh of relief as he silently thought, 'Since I have taken care of the main problem, it is time to enter my new home for the night.'
