Chapter 1: The Separation between two lovers

It was a cold morning Erwin was getting ready for school "Erwin, please hurry up and eat your breakfast we are about to go". He finished up his breakfast and grabbed his books. The woman looked at him and smiled. "Alright now while you and your father are at school I'll be at my squad if you be good I might teach you how to ride a horse," She said while she opened the door and waved him by while his father looked at her and smiled and kissed her on the cheek. "Ew," Erwin said.

"Kenny! Make sure you do Levi's hair" A woman said, Kenny groaned "Alright Mom," He said while he laughed a little. He grabbed Levi and started doing his hair keeping it out of his face. "There, He looks like a little man," He said while he chuckled. The woman and looked at him and snickered a little. "Brother you are funny," She said while she hugged Kenny. " You to Khuchel you too."

Lilly was just walking to her horse when she heard yelling and screaming from her team. She ran over to the yelling and saw her team being cuffed up in chains. "What is going on here" She yelled and she used her blades to slice through the cuffs. Hannes came up to her and placed his hand on her shoulder " Lilly you and your team must get out of here" She looked at him and sighed. "Fine, I will"

A day later Lilly went to her horse saddled it up and everything, "LILLY!! WAIT!!" Erwin said while he ran to her and hugged her. "You promise you will return?" He asked. Lilly looked at him and kneeled to him "Erwin I always come back no matter what" She said while she smiled at him. She hugged him and kissed him on the cheek and she saw Levi and kissed him on the cheek as well.

It was a week later and Lilly didn't return until Christmas Eve. Khuchel looked everywhere for Lilly but she was nowhere to be found. A man came up with grey hair and white eyes and he looked at Erwin "I'm sorry but Lilly never survived the mission she wanted me to give this to you" He handed the necklace to Erwin and placed it around him keeping a knot in the string. Levi came and saw Erwin crying and he hugged him as well as kissed him on the cheek.

It was a nice warm sunny day and Erwin was reading a book under the tree, Levi was hanging upside down a tree. "You are going to fall off," Erwin said while he looked up, "No I'm not," Levi said while he smiled. A second later Levi fell off the tree and kissed Erwin. Levi saw Erwin's eyes closed and they both backed up and blushed like crazy. "Wow, you two I never knew you guys were dating," A man said with brown hair and blue eyes. "Dad!" Erwin said while he hid his face.

There was a loud commotion and guards grabbed Levi and took him away from Erwin. Levi was trying to get out while Erwin ran to them and tried to kick them as hard as he could. Erwin's father took him away and the guards dragged Levi into the underground to never be seen again.

It was three months and Erwin's dad had died and Levi's mother died from the disease she had and his uncle took him in, taught him how to fight and survive, and to use a knife when Levi was ready his uncle left him alone. Those two never saw each other for a long time and Erwin tried to kill himself wanting to know if he would be happy.

Erwin joined the Scout's and followed Lilly's dream for him, Levi became a thief and began stealing things to survive. Levi lived alone till his friend Farlan came and they started to have fun like old times.

Erwin wished that he could see his best friend once more but the one thing he held on tight was a letter from him.

Dear Erwin, I hope you read this letter, This letter means everything to me. The day on the tree I saw you blushing when we kissed. I hope that you can reply to me with a letter or something. But here I go when I saw you I felt a pulse in my heart you are everything for me, without you, I could not live. The sun brings out your eye color showing those beautiful icy blue eyes. You may see nothing but I see hope when I stare into your eyes. You're my everything my heart my soul and my life. I want you to answer this truthfully. Erwin, do you love me? Reply if you say yes on the same letter or no just talk to me in person or at the same tree.

Ps. I would really love it if your father would let me get closer to you, and I know that you hate the cold so I can warm you up Love you.

Ever since that day Erwin never got the chance to reply to him after school cause he was too scared but he loved Levi as the only true friend that kissed him. His first-ever kiss. The first kiss he had and he loved it ever since.

When Erwin joined the Scout's the only thing Erwin could think about was Levi his lover and his friend. But other people had plans to ruin that chance by making him almost die by a titan.
