Reading a letter from you I can almost see the wide smile on your face my friend.

The landlord - Mrs. Mary Williams - indeed has the bun like the granny from the cartoon you described. Now that I think of it, she also has a cat.

Thank you for your kind words, that really means a lot, especially when you say it.

I remember I always looked at you in moments of doubts when we were in school and that's why I am who I am right now.

The Island is very nice, maybe because it's early spring.

I forgot to mention, but our apartment is in a country side, so we must travel an hour to get to work. It is fine thou, we can admire the view more often that way. There are a lot of trees and Hanna found a pond hidden in the forest on back of our house.

The weather is much different than back at our place.

Partially cloudy with a chance of rain - most of the time. This weather really suits Hanna, humidity is really good for her lungs' condition.

That's why we decided to move here.

Ocean is also really close. We managed to went there twice already and Hanna gathers a lot of shells. She wants to create some kind of a sculpture with these and send it to her cousin - Jake. There is no mountains around, unfortunately. I would need to come back home to go hiking – which sounds like a nice holiday plan for me ;)

Weekend trips will need to wait till we acclimatize a little bit more here.

Maybe after first paycheck.

Which brings me to this topic: congratulation on your raise (!)

It's nice that your employer appreciated you in that way. You are a really hard working person, I'm happy for you.

Let me know how your plans worked out. I remember you wanted to buy a house - correct?
