THE LEGENDS

It was a warm Friday evening. My parents ; Mr & Mrs Sam and my younger brother ; Mike Sam just arrived at Bordersville the little town of Oxford. Luckily we had already bought a home. We met a man who told us a legend "Legend has it that a family called murphy were killed in the last room of that building and that room is known to be haunted. "We packed into the house and unfortunately for me I had to stay in the last room . I settled down, took a shower and wore my pajamas but as I was walking towards the bed , I saw a pen and after a second I saw a book which read "PICK UP THE RING" and immediately I saw a ring on the floor. As fear engulfed me I picked up the ring and wore it and immediately a human appeared in front of me . I was building up a scream before the boy held my mouth, closed the door and offered to explain himself "My name is harry murphy." He said in a melodious voice . I decide I was going to let him explain what and why he was in my room . "Hi am Jennifer Sam but you can call me Jenny". "Hi Jen I...." I cut him off mid sentence "Wait are you murphy from the legends ?" I asked ."Yep." . "Then how are you still alive." He sighed "I was never killed me and my family only mistakenly picked up this same ring and wore it and we were trapped in the ring , a creature who lived inside the ring directed us and taught us how to use the powers we got like shapeshifting, speed , strength. We were eventually freed but we could not possess a human form except if a human wore the ring ." I was a little bit shocked . "Were are the rest of your family?" I asked.
