New Subordinates
The strongest in the new arrivals, they felt, was the warrior who had arrived just behind the young master. He was dressed in simple blue robes and had a very calm demeanor, holding a sword in his hand. This warrior was at least a Qi adept or above. Unlike the others, he seemed to have no interest in prisoners or in impressing the young master. He was as calm as a lake, as if nothing happening around him mattered; he knew he was the most powerful there. Just a word from the young master, and he could cut them all down like vegetables without breaking a sweat. His calmness was fearsome. Yet, for the prisoners, he was not the most terrifying presence.
