-The Third General-
It had been decades since the Generals had been gathered in on one place. I had called the meeting far from the palace grounds.
The deep voice of Two echoed through the hall. "Why have you called us here?"
"This is a subject of top priority, a subject that will decide the future of our nation". That shut him up, two always loved thinking he was the strongest of them all.
"What is it?", this time One spoke. No one with the possible exception of the Dragon, nothing scared me as much as One.
"Rebellion"
The room froze, in the silence one could hear a pin drop. Then Two moved, I heard the distinct noise of the sound barrier breaking as he punched me with enough force to liquify concrete.
I had talked to the other Generals prior to the meeting, this was not a meeting, but an execution.
"How could you, The King has gifted us these bodies", Two roared, he spun the war-hammer he was wielding like a toothpick.
"These are not gifts, these are curses", the clash between poleaxe and Warhammer was enough to crumble the building around us.
Whilst I dealt with Two, the others dealt with One
I could see the battle from the corner of my vision, the blur of supersonic combat.
My thoughts were cut short by the Warhammer crashing against my poleaxe, the force pushing me back several metres. I flickered backwards, redirecting the force.
I raised my hand, thick chains sprouted from the floor, some slamming into Two, others entailing him.
Two slammed a foot on the ground, Earth spines erupted from the shockwave, shattering the chains impaling me in the leg.
I was bleeding ichor from several areas, my vision swam as I heard the rhythmic beat of Two's footsteps.
He grabbed me by the throat and lifted my battered body a foot off the ground. He sneered at me
"You were always the weakest one"
I smirked at him
"You were the stupidest"
The artefact the Dragon had given me erupted in white light, searing my eyes as the spell detonated.
Motes of white light collected in the form of spear, this was undoubtedly Rank 9 magic.
(Take your rank and double it, that's the level of magic you can use)
"H-How"
The spear impaled him, driving him through several houses before coming to a halt
I finished his whining by removing his head.
I backtracked to the fight with One
One lay on the floor, dead. Around him lay the corpses of Eight, Six and Five. Even in death he was a tough bastard.
As I walked towards the others, the shadow of the Dragon passed over us.
"Is he on our side?"
"I hope so"
The next problem was to deal with the Commanders and the Soldiers. Thanks to the gracious works of our king, the once alive members of our kingdom have been changed into the abominations that patrol the streets today.
The stone soldiers were to obey the king above all else, once the king realises there has been a revolution, an entire army of warriors will descend upon them.
"We have to move"
"Agreed" said Four.
