"So, you've checked all of the nearby inns for any trace of him to no luck at all other then the possibility of a mouse maiden that you saw from across the bar that could be related to him? Have you at least asked her or considered asking her?" asked Marcus as he leaned over the map of the village and it's surrounding areas.

"No, I wouldn't really know how to even ask." replied Judah with a sigh as he slipped into a nearby chair. Does he dare tell his friend what he's really been up to?

"What about Lady Ono, have you sought out her guidance?" asked Marcus.

"And end up in her eternal service like you and Sophie." huffed Judah with his arms crossed.
