Chapter 2: The Race Against Time

L Lawliet's mind raced as he deciphered the map coordinate, leading him to an abandoned warehouse on the outskirts of the city. He knew Libert's games all too well - every minute counted.

As he arrived at the warehouse, he spotted a faint light flickering inside. Lawliet drew his gun and cautiously entered the building.

Suddenly, he heard Libert's mocking voice. "Welcome, Lawliet! You're just in time to witness the final act."

Lawliet's eyes adjusted to the dim light, and he saw the ancient scroll perched on a pedestal, surrounded by a ring of fire. Libert stood opposite, a maniacal grin spreading across his face.

"The artifact will burn, and with it, all hope of uncovering the secrets of Atlantis," Libert taunted.

Lawliet knew he had to act fast. With lightning-quick reflexes, he leapt towards the pedestal, gun drawn. The race against time had reached its climax.
