"Koushin-kun, is there anything?" Tsunade asked as I entered the room. It has been a month since we reverse-summoned to find our packs. I returned the same day, but Naruto was still missing.
"I believe Naruto will arrive soon," I answered her question as I looked where the blonde was a month ago. "Exam is tomorrow, no way in hell he would miss it."
"I hope so." She muttered silently but I heard her. I was… kinda feeling guilty. I forced Naruto to follow his own path, and it might have backfired. He might have died. He may never learn Senjutsu. Lots of other things. I am not saying I am regretting my decision, it is just I am uncertain.
Luckily, the next minute among a cloud of smoke, the blonde I know appeared, although his clothes were a lot different. With my intervention, Naruto got rid of all the orange stuff he used to call clothes and started to wear dark blue and black, stylish clothes instead. But now, he was wearing a dark red kimono with black sandals. He also had a blood-red sword on his back. All in all, he looked… fuck, he looked cool!
"Welcome back!" I hugged him as I looked at the sword in the meantime.

Sword forged by Chief Tengu and carved seals by the Uzumaki Ancestor. Sword has the judgment of its own and can be duller than a dildo and sharper than anything.

What a weird sword! It has no Value or it is priceless and weight can change. Probably something like Mjolnir. Only the worthy can carry it. Strange.
"So, Tengu huh?" I asked with a smirk.
"How did you know?" Naruto asked in surprise.
"Hunch." I smiled mysteriously. Actually, I wasn't sure. I only knew the sword was forged by Chief Tengu. It didn't mean it was still in the hands of Tengu.
"Yeah!" Naruto smirked as he showed his clothes and sword. "It was amazing! Thank you Kou!"
"Why do you thank me? It was your fate." I smiled back.
"If it wasn't for you, I would sign a contract with any other animal in the village and be done with it. I wouldn't learn all that cool stuff and more." He really looked grateful.
"Ahem." Tsunade cleared her throat.
"Welcome back, Naruto."
"Thank you Grandma Tsunade!"
"I take it your journey was without any trouble. I am glad you are back safe." She stated.
"It was awesome. Tengu are great. I used to be afraid of them but it was all a misunderstanding. They are pretty nice." Naruto nodded.
"It is good you have a path of your own." Tsunade too smirked. "How was your training? You didn't waste a month to chat and prank with Tengu now, have you?"
Naruto sweated as he heard his question.
"Have you?" She asked this time quite ticked.
"Ahaha, here and there." Naruto laughed as he started to explain. Turns out, after the test, Naruto spent the majority of his time paying back to Chief big time. He slowly but confidently created the greatest prank ever.
According to Naruto, there was one thing Chief loved doing most. Drinking tea in silence while watching the sunset. And a little blond set a trap that would go off exactly this sunset to ruin it for the chief.
"I can't believe you spent most of your time devising that," Tsunade whined with a facepalm.
"It is not all bad. I learned a pretty sick Sword Art and a couple of Wind Jutsu even the Sand wouldn't know." He added.
"Oh?" Tsunade looked interested. "Let's go to the training ground."
"Alright, I will show you my progress," Naruto shouted in fire.
Soon in Training Ground 7, Tsunade, Kakashi and I stood against hugging Hinata and Naruto.
"Can you stop hugging, please? It is disgusting." I muttered.
"Don't be jealous, Kou-Kun. Go and hug your girlfriend." Naruto commented while showing his tongue.
"Enough!" Tsunade commented. "Now show us what you learned."
"Alright, who should I fight with?" He asked.
"Can I have the honor?" I asked with a smirk. "I want to remind him of our status quo."
"Bring it on! I shall be the big brother now!" Naruto held the hilt of his sword as he copied my smirk. In the next second, I vanished with Lightning Flicker and arrived in front of him, but the sword cutting from his back to where I was standing stopped my advance. I stepped back hastily and formed a Katon: RasenShield to block the attack.
Oh yeah, I trained to improve the Rasengan last month. After RasenDrill, I thought of a defensive mode of Rasengan and came up with RasenShield. It was super hard. After all, Rasengan has to, welp spin. The shield that was constantly spinning was quite hard to maintain. But I succeeded.
Now, in my hand was an ever-spinning round shield with the fire element. When the sword clashed with it, it exploded outward and pushed Naruto back.
"New version?" He asked with stars in his eyes. "COOL! You have to teach me!"
"Sure, sure. Now let's get this over with." I started to dash at his location. With the perfect chakra control, came many advantages. Now that I could control my Chakra in a most perfect way, I could use it to do more than just stick around.
For example, sliding on the ground by covering my feet with Chakra and turning it into slippery. It took some time to get used to, but it increased my speed at least twice.
In no time at all, I was in front of Naruto. I raised my hand and folded the seals required for Chidori. Kakashi finally taught me the Jutsu after I taught him Raiton: RasenDrill. Mine was A+, his was only A-rank.
I wanted Naruto to use the Wind Jutsu he had learned. That is why I used Chidori. He didn't disappoint me. The next second, the wind started to gather beneath his feet and he vanished in front of my eyes.
"Wind Flicker!"
His speed was almost faster than my Lightning Flicker. After all, his body was stronger than mine, and he could easily increase his speed of Flicker. I answered with my Lightning Flicker and dodged the incoming sword.
He sheathed his sword back and folded hand seals. The wind started to gather on his body and started to revolve around him as if he was the eye of the storm. A regal air about him looked intimidating.
"Be careful Kou, I am too fast in this mode, and can't even control to the fullest." He smirked.
"Bring it on!" I shouted as lightning started to cover my body. It was the first time I used this in public because I sensed what Naruto was doing.
He vanished the next second and on his open palm was swirling white chakra.
"Futon: Rasengan!" He shouted.
"Katon: Rasengan!" I shouted too, as the lightning around my body disappeared. Two Rasengan clashed and exploded. I was sent flying and Naruto wasn't any better. Only after a few minutes, the cloud of dust settled and we both appeared once again.
Tsunade, Kakashi, and Hinata all had dumbfounded expressions on their faces, while Naruto and I were laughing madly.
"You have grown, Naruto," I commented.
"Still you are the big brother though. You held back a great deal." He sighed.
"So, Wind Cloak and Lightning Cloak," Tsunade commented with a squint. "I see how Naruto learned it, but Koushin, where did you learn that Jutsu?"
"I came up with it myself." I honestly answered. "After I mixed Rasengan with lightning and learned Lightning Flicker, I thought I could enchant my reaction time by stimulating my nerves. You know I am a Medical Shinobi too."
"It is too dangerous!" She shouted.
"It is, but I had trust in my abilities. Although I can't use it for a long duration, small spikes are much appreciated." I shrugged.
"How about yours, Naruto?" She asked.
"Mostly using Wind Element to increase speed. Reaction time is still something I should train on my own." Naruto explained.
"Good, both are high-level techniques and not to be trifled with. If you can't follow your speed, you can die before realizing it. So before I let you, you are not allowed to use it in combat. You can train them and after you think you are proficient, you can come to show me." She ordered.
"Yes, Hokage-Sama."
"Yes, Grandma Tsunade."
