The Bet

"Father what nonsense are you spouting?" said Shiro with disappointment.

Raizen felt like puking blood with what his son said. Shera laughed heartily with the two people with her.

"In the past life I didn't protect the real treasure I had because of chasing for the fake one. I didn't value those who are really value me truthfully. Now I will never let other people dictate my life" Shera mumbled to herself.

When they get home their mother was shocked when she sees her husband.

"Honey, you seem early today" their mother said.

"Mother I think father misses you that is why he returned early" Shera said to her mother.

Sheriah blushed with her daughter's words. "What nonsense are you teaching with the children?" their mother asked angrily.

Shera and Shiro run away immediately because if they not, they will also be scolded by her when she is finished scolding their father.

When Shera entered her room, she takes a rest first and plans her next move. She plans on visiting her former master in martial arts and ancient medicine. They told her to find them if she decided to practice those different fields. Making herself healthy and capable is the first step of becoming a powerful person not to be messed with.

Then she plans to build her own business but she needs a dummy for her. She didn't plan to be famous for her not to be targeted by people.

"How about let's have a bet" said Laurence.

"So what kind of bet do you want?" asked the other teenage girl.

"How about the score that Shera will get this coming ranking assessment" suggest the other boys in the class. This is Laurence sidekick he wanted to make fun of Shera so he paid one of his classmates to act as the one who will suggest it.

Shera didn't pay them any attention even when she heard her name. She is busy enough to deal with a lot of serious matter than to fight back for their pettiness. But her classmate's mindset is different.

"Hey, Shera would you like to say something?" asked the teenage girl behind her. This teenage girl is actually cute and if she is not wrong. This girl is also an only child of a certain prestigious family. This girls name is Ezrah Del Roman, famous for being kind and gentle in their class.

In her past life she also heard that she died committing suicide because her husband cheated on her with her best friend and cousin. She is found in her mansion in an exclusive subdivision hanging in her room. She is destined to die one year earlier than her.

"Those scum men really need to be taught a lesson with in order for them to refrain for using innocent woman for their own selfish fulfillment" Shera mumbled to herself.

"Hey Shera" said the other boys in their class.

Shera was interrupted by the call he heard from her classmate.

"So what do you want?" Shera asked.

"Would you agree with the bet?" asked Laurence.

"What benefits would I get if I happened to agree?" Shera asked.

"If you happen to score higher than your usual score then I will give you Five percent shares of our company. Is that enough?" said Laurence.

"Ok" Shera answered directly.

"What! You just agree just like that?" asked Laurence with shocked on his face.

"Why would I not agree?" said Shera emotionlessly.

Laurence gritted his teeth on Shera's reaction. He is honestly shocked to how calm she just agrees to the bet. "Is she faking it? Yes maybe because she is afraid to accept that she will lose" he mumbled to himself.

"But if you fail and score lower than past. You have to become my play toy. Would you agree?" Laurence said while smiling lewdly to Shera. She is extremely beautiful, he knows that a lot of men dreams of becoming her boyfriend even him.

"Ok" Shera answered.

Those who heard what Laurence said felt disgusted by his words. They are all dumbfounded with Shera's answer.

Ezrah reacted to Laurence "How mean of you to ask a lady a very presumptuous request. You are so disgusting, are you that desperate to mate with someone?"

All the students are shocked to what Ezrah said. Althoug they are actually mad about Laurence condition but the lady is also actually too much on saying those kind of things.

Shera is also dumbfounded she didn't know that rumors about Ezrah having a mean mouth is actually real. She felt like laughing when she see Laurence flushed face.

"What the hell is wrong with you?" asked Laurence angrily. "Are you interested in me that's why you're throwing mean things to me?" he added.

Ezrah also flushed with anger this time "Ewwwwwwwww for the likes of you. You are a pervert who only thinks about mating. No one really likes you so that's why you're trying to scam an innocent woman. If I am a pervert may be I will fall for the likes of you" she said angrily.

"So you are admitting that you are a pervert" said Laurence while smiling "This woman really is testing my patience"

"To hell with your crap! You are the pervert! You're entire family are perverts" Ezrah shouted.

Laurence almost puked blood with Ezrah's words.

"This stupid woman don't want to let me off" Laurence mumbled to himself.

"Honestly, Ezrah if you had a crush on me don't try to get my attention in this manner" Laurence added.

Ezrah's blood boils more because of what she heard.

"The hell I care about you. Are you insane? Me, having a crush on you! Look at yourself in the mirror. You are too ugly that's why you're resorting to this kind of bet" Ezrah said without pause.

Laurence was so mad and stop fighting back on Ezrah but he is extremely mad because of shame.

Shera is speechless with the commotion happened because of her.

"Are you alright?" asked Shera to Ezrah.

"Yes, I am by the way don't be deceive by that pervert. Such a shameless man is really a cancer of society" said Ezrah laudly.

All the boys in their class blushed because of her words.

Shera laughed because of it to.

"Hey, Ezrah stop saying that. We are not like what you said" said one of their classmates.

"Why? Do you have any problem with me?" asked Ezrah angrily.

"Hey, don't be angry I'm just saying that don't measure all of us because of one person, ok" the boy also added.

The one who speak is Cairo Seir, another second generation heir of the Seir Corporation. A company specialized in ceramics. He is also Ezrah's future husband. He is handsome but more like a playboy type of man.

"Stop explaining ok. I don't need your explanation" said Ezrah with irritation.

"Hey I'm just saying it for you not to be biased with all of us here" said the teenage boy shyly.

"Hmmmmmp as if I believe you" Ezrah turned around and walk away.

The teenage boy scratched his head looking at the back of the disappearing teenage girl.

"I suggest keeping your distance with her" said Shera warningly.

The teenage boy blushed again "Mind your own business Shera. Don't involve her in your affairs. You're only bringing trouble for her" he said with flushed face.

"Do you think I am afraid with you playboy?" Shera said naturally.

The teenage boy turned pale.

"I suggest that you just leave her alone and don't ever try to appear in her life or I will be the one who will severe your head with your body" Shera said while looking down at the teenage boy private parts.

Cairo felt like puking blood when he heard what Shera said. He crossed his feet and try to cover himself with his hands. "What the hell do you think you're looking at" he shouted.

But Shera already walk away.

"That shameless woman really is something. Let's wait and see after Laurence defeat you" Cairo mumbled on himself while looking at Shera's back.

At the School Gate...

Shera is waiting for her brother and fetcher to come when she accidentally bumped into Ezrah.

"Hello Shera" Ezrah greeted her.

"Hello there Ezrah" Shera answered.

"So, do you know me?" asked Ezrah with amazement.

"Actually not personally I just heard your name earlier because of the commotion a while ago" Shera said.
