The missing half of soul

It was 7pm I'm still walking on the street looking for a woman that I do not know what she looks like, all I know if if this birthmark ache, it means she's nearby.

So I still walk on until I felt I'm hungry, then I decided to buy some snack on the store across the street. Then when I'm giving the money to the vendor, a sudden glimps of scent flash before my eyes, a beautiful lady with a beautiful brown eyes, long black hair, red lips on a white long dress. I'm stunned, no I guess I was petrified for a few seconds then the birthmark start to ache, she is about to buy as well and then when she walk near me, she said " hey young men, are you okay?" I cannot respond, then suddenly the ache stop and when I look at her, she is looking at me too, the feelings that I knew her even this is the first time we saw each other.

Then she said, "I think you are perfectly fine" then she walks away, then she accidentaly drop her pink handkerchief without noticing, I pick that up and quickly run into her and said, "I'm sorry miss, I guess this is yours."

She smile and said "oh yeah, thank you! Are you sure you are okay?" then I replied "yes I'm fine" she said "oh right, thank you again"

Then a sudden thing happen, I just spoke without thinking " oh my name is Zigfrid, may I know your name too?" then I realize what I did, I'm so shy but she replied with smile, "hi Zigfrid, my name is Freya! Nice to meet you"

I was so happy, she is a nice person, aside from her beautiful appearance. I've ask her if she is from here, she said no! Her sister is from here, ahe just visiting her. When we are talking a car suddenly stop in front of us and then the window goes down, a man speak to her and said " Freya, come inside now! Let me give you a ride" she responded to him and said, "no thank you Nash, my sister's house is few steps away, thanks for the offer" then the man step out of the car and open the other door, "come on please just let me give you a ride" then Freya smiled, "okay if you insist" then before she gets in, she smiled at me and said, "young man, thank you. I hope we see eaxh other again, I don't know how to say this but, I have a feeling we just met before. Well then, bye".

I haven't felt this before, when I'm with her walking and talking, it feels I'm complete and contented, then I touch my birthmark and there is something strange, before it is like a kelloid wound but now it is just a stain and part of my skin, I didn't feel any roughness, so I realize there's something strange with that lady.

On the next morning, when I woke up, I never dreamt the same, it's just like a normal night sleep to me. Then I have full of smile and energy, I hope I can see her again, and this time, I want to impress her.

I go and visit my parents house, to borrow some shirt from father, and I brought some colonge, my mother said " my boy, come here and join us to eat breakfast" my mother and my father are just looking at me, then my mother said, " you seemed fool of energy today, is there something happen?" I just smile. Then mother said, " hmmmm, I guess I Should ask, is she pretty?" then I almost choke" mom, what question is that?" mother replied, "see... You cannot hide from me you know... Hahaha, you have the same expresion when your father ask me for a date" then father laugh, "haha, so it means you are dating somebody atlast, when we will meet her?" father asked. Then

Another choke... " dad!! I just saw her, that's i, no dates or what yet"

Mother said " you better hurry son, time is running out hahaha! we are not getting younger"

I just frown.

Thinking of one thing, she is so beautiful, so many people might get attractes to her line the man who picked her up with a car, comparing to what I have, I just need to borrow it from father, well after all, all of my salary from the construction work is automatically send to mother to help them financially for all they need here.

Maybe I should accept the offer of mr. Perez, one of the engineers at the contruction site. He is offering me to lead a team out of the town on the other province not too far from here, he has a small project but he said it is the start of our career since I am too smart and I can read and understand all the floor plans they made.

But accepting that will make me far from my family, specially for my little sister. Eventhough I will provide a good financial income, I will be worried to mom and dad from heavy work load at home, since dad is not yet fully healed, he still need a support to walk.

After we eat, I go to my favorite place infront of the house, under the mango tree, at the top of the tree, I build my base camp, a small house in it. I still remember when we are so young we use to play here often together with my friends. I wonder where they are now.
