Chapter 96: Heart

“Yelena, wait!” I said and an ice sword appeared as I blocked her attack “Yelena!” I called and was pushed back. “Yelena.” I said. “Explain to me what the hell is going on! Ah!” I cried when she lunged her sword at me.

“I’d appreciate it if you focus more on our fight!” she said and fell down as she swung her foot towards me.

“Woah!” I exclaimed when I fell. She tripped me.

“Vincent!” my friends called, worried.

I glared at Yelena.

She smiled. “Going serious now?” she asked.

I grinned and kicked her leg. “Waaah!” she exclaimed and fell on the floor. “Ugh!” she cried when her back hit the floor.

I immediately went on top of her and locked her legs and arms. “Tell me now.” I told her, pressing her to the floor. “Tell me, Yelena!” I yelled.

“’Yelena’?” I heard my friends say. “What is Vincent saying?” they asked. “Isn’t she the sorceress?” they said.

“So that’s it.” I heard the Sage say. He looked at Yelena. “Yelena… why….?” He asked as his tears fell.
