After The Crisis Part 2

"Village chief is very reliable, who would thought that this village was burned down yesterday," I commented while gazing at the unscathed village.

After I ate my breakfast, I left first leaving Jane and Norn to enjoy their food.

At the moment, I was sightseeing, checking if the village was fully fixed by Village Chief Magic, Time Reversal.

"That magic was still as useful as ever, It has been a long time since I cast that time reversal magic," I muttered while busily enjoying the view.

I continued to walk around the village and saw that the damage that was done was all fixed.

Heck, you can't even tell that this place was destroyed yesterday.

I passed through some dark elves who greeted me, I also greeted them back.

Some of them just said hello and the others tried to have some chat.

After a few minutes of walking around, I decided to rest for a while.

Deciding to rest, I headed to the Ever Good Tea the only tea shop in this village.

When I arrived, there was no other customer other than myself.

I chose a random empty table and sat.

When I sat, a waitress suddenly appeared out of nowhere.

I didn't show any shock or panic and only calmly said to the waitress.

"One order of green tea and ten pieces of chocolate cake and a whole portion of an Apple Pie."

The waitress bowed her head and didn't say anything and just disappeared and went to fetch my order.

No matter how many times I saw it, a waitress using short teleportation magic to do her work efficiently and perfectly was a sight to behold.

While I was waiting for my order.

I took out a creepy-looking book and started to write some magic runes on it.

During my writing, a group of people arrived and joined me at my table.

I noticed them so I removed my gaze from my book and looked at the group of beauty who approached me.

In front of me, 5 beautiful girls are looking at me.

The first girl wore a red dress, the second girl had a green scarf, and the third girl was only wearing black armor, a short, and fishing net clothes similar to what Anko used, a character from Naruto, The fourth had purple hair stood among the dark elves who only possess silver hair, and the fifth and last one had a sharp gaze and very long hair that flowed down the way to her knees, her hair was tied in a braided ponytail.

I look at them back with a curious gaze on my own.

A few minutes later.

The five beautiful girls and I were enjoying ourselves chatting, we talked about ourselves, our hobbies, some rumors, and sometimes I brought up some topics that interested them.

By the way, the girls introduce themselves as Ani, Elk, Eda, Locy, and Tun.

Ani was the one who was clad in a one-peace red dress.

Elk was the one who had a green scarf.

Eda was the one who wore black armor, fishnet-like clothes, and black shorts.

Locy has purple hair while Tun is the girl who has long hair that reaches to her knees and is styled in a braided ponytail.

"Your lightning magic was awesome, it just whoosh! then boom, and the fight was over that was so cool!" Ani said excitedly, raising her hand like a child.

This girl was so lively making me speechless, I only nodded my head calmly in response to her energetic words.

The four girls only look at her with gentle smiles, sometimes they also input comments and opinions of their own.

A hours minutes later.

The lively Ani finally calmed down and we just drank our tea and ate the snacks that we ordered.

A comfortable Silence bathed are surroundings until Elk broke the silence by asking something.

"By the way John can I ask you something personal," Elk asks.

I nodded my head while my mouth was munching some cake.

"How strong are you?"

I didn't answer right away, I first chewed the cake and swallowed it before answering.

"Do I answer precisely or vaguely?" I answered her question with a question.

"Precisely," Elk said.

"OK then."

"I have the physical strength of a level four despite being level 1, in addition, that strength will increase indefinitely once I use some of my Trump guards and techniques. My magic, on the other hand, has the power to rival a level 4 furthermore that magic power also increases indefinitely once I ignore the importance of my life." I said carefreely like I was saying unimportant things.

All the girls were shocked when my words ended.

Figures, their reaction was normal because of how absurd my word was based on their common sense, it's a universal knowledge that a level 1 can't possess power and strength of very high levels it's impossible, but in my point of view, this is not absurd nor impossible, as long you have right guidance and mentor followed by a strong will and you must be an insane person with control, you can do it.

They didn't reply for a while because they were all immersed in their stupor.

I waited for them to come out from their stupor, and called the waitress in the meantime to order some tea.

The same waitress came immediately by teleporting.

She opened her mouth and said, "What can I help you with sir."

"I need a refill for my tea."

"Is that all?" she asked.

"Yes," I reply.

She turned her head to my companion when she saw that my companion was not moving, obviously that they were in a stupor.

Her gaze lingered for ten seconds before she turned her attention to me again.

Her eyes were asking, "What's going on with them?"

I only shrugged my shoulders and didn't say anything.

The waitress nodded her head in understanding, she didn't ask for more and disappeared to get my order.

After a few minutes, the girls snapped out of their stupors and began to gage my power once more, unfortunately, they couldn't because I was hiding it well thanks to my superb Mana control and expertise of suppressing Mana and my strength to the point of non-existent.

They tried many ways to measure my power but all of them failed, so they gave up instead, they asked me questions, such as how I did it, what magic I could use, what my fighting style was, do I had some knowledge about alchemy, medicine, crafting, etc.

I answered some of their questions but not all of them, some of the topics were very sensitive information that I wouldn't disclose unless they were trustworthy people to keep my secret.

We continued to chat until noon and at that time we ordered lunch from the waitress and continued chatting.

An hour later after lunchtime.

Elk looked at her watch and looked at the time.

"It's 1:00 pm we need to go now," Elk said while looking at her four companions.

Ani's face showed a grimace when she heard Elks's words.

"Can we not go, patroling was so boring, it is better to just hang out with John," Ani complained.

Eda flashed a gentle smile to Ani.

Ani continues to complain, but when she notices Eda smile, chills run down her spine.

Ani's brain runs wild thinking about what to do, to avoid this bad situation.

Ani coughs to dispel her previous words and shamelessly says.

"What are you waiting for, don't just stare and get moving," Ani hastily stood up and immediately went away.

"Haha," Locy chuckled when she saw this seen, "She never learns."

Tun noticed something, Tun stood up and looked under Locy's chair and saw that she had forgotten her sword.

"She is clumsy as ever," Tun sighed.

"John we will go first," Elk said.

"See you later," Eda said while waving her hands.

Locy only looked at me with a suggestive smirk.

I Ignore her and reply, "Be careful see you later."

They all stood up and followed Ani's runs.

I also stood, when I couldn't see them anymore.

I paid the bill and went outside to continue exploring the village.

Evening came.

I returned to my temporary house here, after Dinner.

"I am tired, their meals are as hectic as ever despite they faced a crisis just yesterday."

Norn and Jane weren't there, they had already gone home.

while I was busily recalling what I did today, my eyes slowly closed and then drifted off to the dreamland.
