Kane

From the moment Kera agreed to come with Kane it was music to his ears. His heart was pounding from excitement, his adrenaline running through his body. All he could think of was Kera saying yes to him.

Thinking of all the things Kane could do with her in his home, then the thought of his growing family all under one roof warmed his heart.

All of a sudden his joyful thoughts were slowly depleting. His mind was clouded with what if's.

What if she changed her mind…

What if she felt this was a mistake…

What if she wasn't happy…

What if she leaves me…

All day I knew my excitement took over, I couldn't help but be assertive, luckily Kera found it endearing.

I did my best in maintaining a steady head, but inside I felt as if I was on a emotional roller coaster. The moment we pulled up towards my cabin I felt my tensions releasing. I can finally breathe.

I looked back to Jim, "We're home bud!"

Before I knew it Jim unbuckled himself from his car seat and jumped over to the front, he rushed over me, "Dad! Water! Ice!"

I couldn't help but be excited for him, "Go ahead bud, you can touch the water. Just stay near the deck, it's shallow."

Ready to unload, I head to my cargo bed and jumped a little when Kera yelled out to Jimmy. I walked over to her and let her know he'd be fine.

Kera still rushed over to the deck, her expression was confused and worried. By the time I sat some of her boxes in the living room and walked back out, Jimmy was out of the water being scolded by Kera.

I had a smile on my face shaking my head with more boxes in my hand, "Alright bud, go inside and wash up, the bath is straight ahead."

I notice Kera pace slowed down as she walked in, "So what do you think about my place?"

I felt anxious as she looked around.

"Your place is really nice, it's huge. It's completely different than what I imagined it would be. Outside it looks like an ordinary cabin, but inside it's really modern. Did you renovate?"

After hearing her words Kane couldn't help but raise his head proudly, "As a matter of fact, yeah. I did all the renovations myself."

Kera looked at him amazed, "Wow! Aren't you a handy man. You sure have a way of surprising me every day."

Kera slowly walked towards Jimmy. He found the bathroom and was ready to wash up. Before Kera gave Jimmy her full attention, Kane asked if she wanted to sleep in one of the guest rooms or with him.

Her face turned scarlet, she took a moment to think. She replied, but sounded more as a question, "In-your-room…"

Kane smiled from ear to ear. Without waiting for a second response he turned directly to his room and started hanging her clothes into the walk-in closet.

By the time Jimmy finished his bath, Kane was done unpacking. He walked by the hallway bathroom and handed Kera a comfy outfit he found in Jimmy's suitcase, "There! Easy peasy!"

The little family walked into the sitting room, Kane turn to face Kera and Jimmy, "What would you both like to eat? I can make a specialty burger! A macaroni and cheese delicacy! Or maybe a delicious BLT? If all fails, cereal!"

Kera could not help herself but admire Kane. When she was around him, she always had a glow to her. She looked at Jimmy, "So bud, what would you like to eat?"

Jimmy looked between his parents deep in thought. He suddenly picked his head up, "Hotdog!"

Kane had an excitement in his voice, "Alright! Be prepared for the best frank you've all ever had!"

Dinner was a success. After dinner the three of them casually relaxed on the huge davenport couch and watched a family movie.

Kera looked down and notice Jimmy asleep. She was about to pick him up, but Kane stopped her, "Please, let me."

Kane turned off the movie and Kera agreed. She walked behind Kane towards Jimmy's room. He turned to ask, "I have to make a kids room for Jimmy, but in the meantime he can lay on this bed, is it to big for him?"

Kera shook her head, "Not a problem, I brought his bed rails."

Kera looked for Jimmy's box and notice everything was empty. She followed the empty box to a walk in closet, lo and behold, it was laying on top of the shoe rack.

She came out of the walk-in closet and had 3 side rails, two for the side of his bed and one for the foot of the bed.

Kane looked in surprise, with a dry chuckle, "So those are bed rails? I wasn't sure what they were when I was unpacking, so I just put em up."

Kera gave him a reassurance it was fine. After showing Kane how to set it up, they both quietly walked out of Jimmy's room.

Kane gently grabbed Kera's hand and led her to the master room. She stood still in the middle of the room taking in the scenery, never imagined she would be in a room larger than her apartment. She was memorized by his taste in furniture, a Victorian style bed set. The interior color black and white gave it a sense of elegance.

He gently embraced Kera, "This could be our room, but if you need your own room you can have this one, and I can take the guest room."

Kera gave him a warm smile, "Don't leave."

Kane eyes lit up, his heart pacing, if Kera would take him now, he'd submit to her in a heartbeat. He buried his face in her neck, in a low deep voice, "I want you so bad!"

Although she wanted to take this time and ask questions, Kera felt his warm breath along her neck, awakening a desire, her body was yearning for more. She turned around to face Kane, reached to give his soft lips a peck.

Kane longing for more, gently grabbed the back of Kera head and leaned in for a deep kiss. Not wanting to release the kiss, he picked up Kera and wrapped her legs around his waist. He walked them over to his bed and gently laid her down.

Desire growing below his belly, he finally pulled away from their deep kiss and whispered, "Do you want me?"

Kera lost in lust could not form words, she shook her head in agreements.

Kane tracing kisses whispered, "I need to hear it Kera."

Kera could not help it, she needed more, "Yes Kane. I want more!"

Kane eyes darkened with lust, the wolf inside him urged him to take her now. He did his best to resist the beast within him. Sliding his hands under Kera shirt and started tracing his fingers along her bosom. Kera made her way down and started unbuttoning his jeans.

Finally taking every bit of clothing off, Kane looked at Kera for her approval. When she gave him a reassuring nod he lined himself to her entrance. The moment she felt him enter, she could not help but arched her back and gasp.

"Oh Kane! It feels so good."

The pleasure of his warm body turned her on. After allowing Kera time to adjust to his length he started thrusting. With every thrust he made sure to deepen himself inside her.

By submitting to Kane it sparked a deeper desire, his thrust became faster and harder, he flipped Kera over, she went on all fours, his thirst became faster and deeper.

Before she could finish her words, she released all over Kane while he also had his release.

Kera collapsed down, Kane followed, laying on top of her. He needed a moment to catch his breath.

"Mmm, baby. You felt so good."

Kera kept her eyes closed for a moment collecting herself. Kane pulled himself out of her and walked to the bathroom having in mind to wipe Kera clean. Within a few minutes he came out with a basin of warm water.

Almost falling asleep, Kera was awakened by Kane cleaning her sensitive area's. "Mmm- Kane, I would of done that."

Kane didn't mind, "Nonsense, I'm here for you."

After Kane was done wiping Kera clean, he slid into bed pulling Kera closer to his body. After a few minutes, Kera found it difficult to sleep.

"Kane, are you still awake?"

Kane replied with a "Mmm-"

"So Jimmy's gonna shift, like you, when?"

Kane opened his eyes a little taken aback. He knew he would have to talk to Kera about his life and what to expect when it came to Jimmy, but didn't expect it so soon.

"If he does shift, it'll happen pretty much when he's in his teenage years."

Kera frowned at the word if. Almost reading Kera mind, Kane kept explaining, "Not everyone shifts. Jimmy having a long history of alpha blood in him may give him greater chance of having a wolf."

"How can you shift so easily, I mean how does someone know when it's gonna happen? " Kera asked curiously.

Kane gave a little chuckle, "Well I've been shifting since I turned 15, so a lot of years practice, and you just know when your wolf becomes present, it's more of a feeling. Then you hear them within yourself, you can feel them, because you're one."

Kera was a bit confused, "You are one? So like split personality?"

Kane found this humorous and laughed, "Pretty much I'm sharing my body with a beast."

Kane felt his wolf did not appreciate being called a beast. He thought to himself, 'just trying to explain it as simple as can be.'

He told Kera the story of the moon goddess and how wolves are spiritual creatures. He also trailed off to the existence of witches.

Kera starring blankly, "This is so much to take in."

Kane chuckled, "That's not even half of it."

Kera frowned and then turned straight, "So what happens if Jimmy has no wolf? Do you just kick us out? Your dad doesn't even like me, how would he treat Jimmy?"

Kane gave Kera a twisted expression, "No! Not at all. There are plenty of people hear who both parents have a wolf but their offspring does not. Although I would be over the moon to see my child shift for the first time, in the end he is who he is. For my dad, he's anxious to meet his grandson. Apparently he's been waiting for the day I make him a grandpa. He's actually been blowing me and my wolf up with messages and comments through our link since he heard of your arrival."

Kane looked down, suddenly nervous, "Would you allow me to introduce Jimmy to my parents tomorrow?"

Kera titled her head contemplating and confuse. In one hand those are the grandparents, but in the other his dad did not approve of her.

"That's fine with me, but I have to be there. One wrong move and I'm leaving with Jimmy."

Kane rolled over on top of Kera, giving her a kiss in excitement, "That's great! I'll tell him now."

Kera with a confuse expression on her face kept her gaze on Kane. She notice his eyes flickering. She knew this look, she swore to herself she would catch Jimmy with the same flicker but always shrugged it off.

"Wait what did you do there? Th- the eye thingy? I think I've seen Jimmy do the same thing."

Kane snapped out of it, "Jimmy? Really, he's to young. It's a link we have that can allow us to communicate within our pack."

Kera was adamant, "Yes, I know that look, I've caught Jimmy a few times, but always thought I imagined it."

A bit speechless Kane took a moment before he opened his mouth, "I'll keep a close eye on him. It's nothing bad, he is a part of me after all."
