Kariya didn't know whether the last notification was good or bad, but he knew it was better than nothing. What concerned him was that his spirit now had two new 'nodes' that seemed similar but different to the Magic Circuits of a Magus.

The first 'Spiritual Node' was what the System called a 'Soul Sleep'. It was the source of his Spiritual Power and now also the origin of his Life Force (Od), and above it was the node called the Binding Chain, which amplified Spiritual Power.

The fact these nodes ended up increasing the amount of Od being converted into Magical Energy (Mana) by his Magic Circuits meant that their purity had now likely reached the level of the distinguished Aoko Family, who were renowned for their bloodline producing Mages who could use Spells even with merely their concentrated Od.

The purple-haired Magus also felt the connection with his Heavenly Gu and now 'Nameless Swords of Demonic Heritage' becoming deeper. There was also a particular option he was given that made him think deeper about his future plans going forward.

He thought about it in the ten minutes he was given about the pros and cons, but eventually ended up clicking 'Yes' even if it DID end up sealing away the powers of the two Beast IIIs.

The most important reason why he chose to do this was because the records he had found about Servants known as 'Beasts' was that they were uncontrollable. As beings that were both demonic and divine, they without doubt all 'Evil'.

Knowing this made him to everything in his power to erase such power from his body, after all, he didn't want to become like Zouken, and had no interest in pursuing immortality like 'he' did.

All he wanted to do now was defeat Archer and Kirei Kotomine to free Sakura's family from torment. However, doing so would take tremendous effort as Gilgamesh wasn't someone who could be beaten with mere swordsmanship.

Sure, Berserker was a natural counter to the many Noble Phantasms that golden Servant had while using his 'armoury'. However, even the original Berserker himself couldn't defeat that blonde King of Kings despite having fought at full throttle.

After choosing to seal away his Crowned Beast's Hollow Mask, he felt the nature of his sword changed as it no longer seemed as volatile as it did before. The demonic sword still endlessly tried to attack his mind, but it was more obedient as well.

He could feel his own 'Anti-Madness' Skill was working better as he materialised the Nameless Sword of Demonic Heritage before him. It was at that moment that two 'katanas' with the same inconspicuous designs appeared before him.

[You must do Sword Meditation if you wish to gain a deeper understanding of your blade and unlock its true potential... The 'Lapse Asauchi' and 'Rapture Asauchi' have been materialised...]

Rather than testing the blades out, he took these two weapons and found a safe place to lock them away. No one must ever get their hands on these swords regardless of the circumstances...!

Since his own Nameless Sword was part of his very being, it couldn't be helped. However, that didn't mean he would allow anyone else to be corrupted by the evil influence these blades had. He was even less eager to 'meditate' holding his sword.

Not only was he not patient enough to sit still right now, but gaining more 'demonic power' seemed like a waste to him. He was also disinterested in Fullbringer and Shinigami powers since they had now become a natural part of his Nameless Sword.

For his nephew's sake, maybe he would find out more about 'Spiritual Power'. That was all he was willing to do rather than get any deeper into the rabbit hole which was the 'evil' Hollow Powers.

It was time to move onto the next 'experiment'. He let the Heavenly Gu outside his body and started to sense the 'Spiritual Energy' of his surroundings using the basis he already had. With his great willpower and resolve, it only took a few minutes before he was able to sense the makeup of the power hidden in all things while concentrating.

The pure white Heavenly Gu which looked like a spider suddenly gained a cross mark on his carapace. Kariya's eyes widened as he felt his body starting to reject the Nameless Sword that had previously been able to coexist within him silently.

Surprisingly, this 'chaos' only happened for a moment before the nature of what was once Arondight kicked it. As his Mystic Code had already been half demonic and half holy previously, the two naturally unharmonious energies synced together.

Hollow Power and Quincy Power seemed to work seamlessly in one sword as he started to create a separate 'Spirit Weapon' using his Heavenly Gu. A change happened as he was doing so since the hundreds of Healing Worms in his body reacted.

It felt like the shape of his Spirit Weapon would reflect his future growth, so he didn't rush as he wanted to create something more suitable to him than the sword Berserker had left to him.

He wasn't the type to fight in close-combat even if he had the skills to do so, that's why he wanted to form a ranged weapon. As he was manipulating his Spiritual Power, he felt that the 'techniques' one had on hand also factored into the final result.

His family focused on bugs and the Absorption Spell. He COULD go for making a bow or a larger insect-like appendage, but that didn't seem to fit the image he wanted to show in front of others.

Kariya wanted a weapon that would represent the change in his family so they could repent for what their family had done throughout the years, and he also wanted something he could 'share' as well.

All these thoughts fed his Heavenly Gu as it transformed its appearance, but just as it was about to take shape, a new option was given to him that made him unable to continue, as the thing he wanted most was in this 'deal' the System gave.

He didn't even think about it as he accepted its proposal. The manifestation of his Spirit Weapon ended in failure, but he gained something much more precious after accepting this new power.

The purple-haired Magus smirked, feeling very much satisfied as he intrinsically understood the limitations of this new ability by himself. Now all he had to do was test the limitations of his power...!

Kariya finally stood up and stretched his body after retrieving his Heavenly Gu and Healing Worms. He first checked what exactly his Od (Life Force) could do now that it was imbued with Spiritual Power.

He first focused on his Soul Sleep Spiritual Node before focusing that energy into his hand. The Spiritual Power pushed out and didn't do much beside push some of the air around it away.

Then he tried write down what his current abilities and 'potentials' were so he could understand them.

It was at that point his System manifested to help him out by putting together all he now was:

Your Hollow affinity has split into several categories. Reaper comes from your Shinigami Power, Demon is from your Hollow Power, Shadow is from your Quincy Power, and Holy originates from the power lent to you by your Mystic Code.

One thing he took note of was the 'Daemon' affinity that Zouken's memories had a lot of information about. The Sixth Imaginary Aspect was actually far more acceptable to him than the 'Demon' affinity birth from his Hollow Spiritual Power.

It was because 'Daemons' of the Sixth Imaginary Aspect weren't as evil as 'Demons', as they focused more on emotions and desires rather than purely one's own ego. It was with this ideology that he decided to try concentrating his own 'desires'.

He starting forming ten new Magic Circuits in his eyes with fives in each one, all that were focused on forging new 'Mystic Eyes' for himself that could become the source of his power as a Daemon.

Little did he realise that it was while he was recklessly doing this that his 'Origin' opened.

[Using your Daemon Affinity has started to create a new Alien Common Sense (Reality Marble) as your Manifest Phantasm... Not birthing a Deamon from your Affinity has caused your Origin to become the source of the Manifest Phantasm being birthed...]

As someone who desired many things, he didn't wish for his body to be bound by a Daemon created from what little he wanted currently. That's why he chose to see 'himself' as his own Daemon.

The Daemon of endless desires...

Because of his recklessness, he was unable to stop himself from roaring out in pain once the process of gaining a Reality Marble exclusive to Daemons started to initiate. His voice was so loud that the entire mansion was woken up by his screams.

Only two people woke up in fright as Shinji was too much a deep sleeper. Sakura and Byakuya ran towards the basement regardless of what Kariya had said to see him sprawled out on the ground.

"Why...?!" Sakura cried as she saw that her uncle was bleeding from the eyes, believing she should have noticed that he was overworking himself lately. Byakuya didn't stop her from trying to help him put Kariya on his back so he could bring him to his bed. He watched as the little girl walked off with dark eyes of depression, unable to accept this...

As someone who wasn't sure on how to handle children, he just ignored her mental state and signed as he hoped nothing would happen before his brother fulfilled his promise. He was still obsessive over power and wanted greater Spells.

The purple-haired Magus was unaware of what had happened while he was unconscious until dawn...

When he woke up, he found that his eyes had changed to a different colour than before. They were now a deep water blue colour that reminded him of the sea... Then a notification popped up.

[You have attained the 'Mystic Eyes of Spirit Amplification'... Warning! It is advised you keep them closed until further notice... You may accidentally burn out your Od after seeing-]

But before he could fully read it, someone came inside the room. He wasn't able to control his power as the young girl in a purple dress found her Magic Circuits being amplified tenfold. The support ability of his was so strong that it started to overload all his Magic Circuits that were working at fully capacity, feeling as if he was lit aflame...!!!

He forced himself to close his eyes and was shocked to find that he had almost burnt out his Life Force in those few seconds of using his Mystic Eyes. His body smelt like burnt flesh as he kneeled to the ground, unable to handle the stress his Magic Circuits overloading caused while they were activated at such power beyond comprehension.

"Uncle Kariya...!" The fear that he had accidentally injured Sakura vanished as he realised that she was completely fine just from her voice. If it wasn't for his 'Eternal Mastery of Demonic Arms' Skill, he probably would be as good as blind right now.

He used his other senses to 'look' at her...

"Are you feeling okay?" He asked the girl, who felt angry that he could ask that in such a situation.

"I'm really fine now, so please take care of yourself." She spoke with a grave seriousness.

"I am." She could tell her Uncle wasn't taking her seriously. He smiled as if to sooth her 'tantrum'.

"Please... take care of yourself."

"Don't worry-"

"Liar." She became more depressed as she grabbed his hand, willing to guide him anywhere.

"Ummm... I really am fine."

"Uncle, should we go eat?"

"I'm not that hungry right-"

"Should.we.go.eat?" He wasn't sure why but closing his eyes made her voice sound a lot more heavier than it did previously. Kariya was unable to get a word in as she dragged him to where the dining room was, with her little footsteps stamping.

She sat him down on his seat and went into the kitchen to fetch something to eat. The Matou didn't really have any butlers or maids, but they did have readymade food of a higher quality than the junk food common people would eat on a daily basis.

All she had to do was prepare them up and before bringing them to the dining table. She took one of the exquisite dishes in the fridge and heated it up before serving it, putting the plate in front of him.

Then Sakura took a fork and fed him herself.

"Say 'Ah~'."

"This is a little-"

"Now I'm the one taking care of you! I am NEVER stopping until your eyes get better."

"But I can still-"

"Say 'Ah'." She didn't hear a word he had to say as she knew Kariya was always being insincere.

He was probably hiding his pain again. This was what she thought while feeding him, which made it hard for him to reject her. He could only sigh while musing that this wasn't that bad, really.

This was actually their most peaceful interaction in a long while... Especially since she came here.

He hoped his Mystic Eyes hadn't affected her...
