Two Months Of Hell, Well For My Students

Training Ground Seven, Five In The Morning

Arriving at the training ground, I see them waiting.

"I assume you all ate breakfast." I said.

The three nod.

"Ok, follow me I have something important to show you." I said and started walking.

Arriving in front of a stone monument I began.

"This here marks the people that have died over the years from Konoha. My father, teacher, and teammates are all on this monument." I said with a sigh.

"Can you tell us about them?" Sakura asked.

Seeing the other two nod I began.

"Sakumo Hatake, my father was known as Konoha's white fang. He was no doubt the second strongest in the village at that time. He had a mission on which he abandoned to save his teammates which led to loses during the war. Consumed with guilt he committed suicide. His suicide changed me I became obsessed with completing missions, one day my female teammate was captured to focus on the mission I arrived late. After arriving we managed to save her, but I tripped. My teammate Obito Uchiha saved me, causing a huge rock to fall on him." I said deciding that was enough.

Looking over I see Sakura with tears falling and Naruto and Sasuke with a solemn expression.

"I brought you here to show you that the life of a shinobi is not all fun and games. We are paid to kill, but that doesn't mean you're a bad person. It doesn't make you a good person either, but this is the life you chose." I said.

Seeing them all become serious I continued.

"I don't want to see you all killed, so I will be putting you through hell. This will not be fun, I don't want any complaining, or I will make your training harder. Any one that complains, no matter who the whole team will suffer. Do you understand." I said seriously.

"Yes, Sensei." They said in unison.

"Ok, now let's go back to the training grounds." I said.

Arriving back at the training grounds, I take twelve two-hundred-pound body weights.

{A/N: Lee wears ten tons, 20k pounds. Kinda hard to judge what go off of but I'll try to make it make sense.}

"These are body weights; you will wear them at all times besides sleeping and bathing." I said making them put one on each leg and arm.

After putting them on they all looked uncomfortable. Sasuke and Naruto are not as bad as Sakura though.

"Now, we begin training, you will follow my lead." I ordered.

"Yes, Sensei." They responded.

Seeing the ready to begin, I start jogging slowly increasing my pace to the point I pass them a good bit and kept going so that they stay at their fastest speed. After about 45 minutes Sakura collapsed. Seeing her hard breathing and twitching muscles I order Sasuke and Naruto to keep going. Going over to Sakura I hand her a bottle of water.

"Good job, you did better than I expected. You take a rest." I praised.

"Thanks." She said walking over to a tree and sitting down.

Naruto and Sasuke continue until the hour and a half mark, before collapsing.

This continued for two weeks, they have hit my goal to keep running at genin speeds for an hour straight. Adding three hundred more pounds I let them train with the exact same way for two more weeks. I started adding exercises like punches, kick, pushups and tree walking for another three weeks. With the last week before we start our first C-rank mission, it's time to teach them ninjutsu.

"Now that you have all reached my standard, we will begin ninjutsu training. Each of you will follow a clone to the side, where they will teach you each a ninjutsu." I said before making three clones leading them off to the side.

{A/N: Kinda rushing this training part. I want to get into the interesting parts. Next chapter is the land of waves mission. Short chapter.}

Each clone taught each of them two ninjutsu in the span of a week. Sasuke learned Lightning Release: Electromagnetic Murder and Lightning Ball, Sakura learned Earth Release: Hiding Like a Mole Technique and Earth Release: Double Suicide Decapitation, Naruto learned Wind Release: Gale Palm and Wind Release: Great Breakthrough. With them completing the ninjutsu, I congratulate them taking the weights back and tell them to meet at the Hokage office at ten in the morning the next day.
