Shortly after Zhen Hai regained consciousness, the First Master of the branch clan decided it would be a good idea to separate himself from the rest of the group to go and do...something.
To be completely honest, not even Zhen Hai knew why he was running, but it didn't stop him from thinking this was the right course of action.
Out of worry for her older cousin, Zhen Yue decided to chase after him while the rest of their cousins made sure everyone else got to safety.
That being said, Zhen Hai and Zhen Yue ended up running into even more Fallen Clan warriors while running about. Thankfully, the warriors they ran into were bottom of the barrel grunts at this point.
