CHAPTER 44
When we arrived at the top floor, she led me through a set of double doors that lead outside into a beautiful garden.
"This is King Vlad's personal garden where he spends most of his time when he is not at the palace in the main hall of the castle." She said while opening the door that leads to the backyard of the palace.
She left me at the entrance of the garden and said, "Please stay here, Lady Jannah. King Vlad will be here shortly."
I nodded to her and waited for King Vlad.

A few minutes later, King Vlad appeared at the end of the garden. He was wearing a dark green robe with a golden belt around his waist. His hair was still unkempt with messy strands of black hair sticking to his face.
He gazed at me with a heated gaze, "Jannah, my Queen."
"King Vlad." I answered him as I curtseyed slightly.
He walked closer to me and pulled me close to him, "You look lovely today."
