Chap 19: Wrath

"I want to revive you but you don't want to be, you died on your own terms so I shall respect you, now let me apologize for my mistakes" someone says as they come out of a portal looking at Brunhilde and her siblings dead on the floor

The figure fully comes out with two others behind him revealing Jackson, Devion, and Arthur. Jackson wears a black cloak flowing in the wind, he walks towards Brunhilde dead body and picks up Eldr as he looks onto the bodies Eldr starts emitting flames spewing in all directions completely engulfing everything near it, the flames later die down revealing ashes in place of the bodies that were on the floor. "Spread their ashes, don't wait for me I'll be busy" Jackson says as he takes out Tempest, golding both Eldr and Tempest, and then he gets engulfed in shadows and he disappears. "They shall pay" Devion says as he starts packing the ashes"

??? POV

"Why did you kill them?" A voice asks as they look onto a battle between frost giants and Asgardians, "He must help, I did it for us, without him they would win" another voice replies

3RD POV

In Jotunheim, frost giants, line across a field facing Asgardians, "LAUFEY CALL YOUR ATTACK AND WE SHALL NOT RETALIATE AGAINST YOU" Odin yell out as he comes toward the Front of the Asgardian army. "DO YOU REALLY THINK YOU CAN STOP THIS ODIN MIDGARD SHALL FA-" before Laufey can finish a masked man lands in the middle of the battlefield creating a small crater, he stands and looks at the Asgardians who instantly get on guard but the man looks away from them and looks towards the Frost giants.

"WHO ARE YOU?!!" Laufey yells at the masked man who just laughs at him "HAAHAH, you know I didn't want to join this war, but you just had to kill them, you couldn't just leave no no you killed them so I'll kill you" he says as he starts advancing towards the giants, scales start appearing on his body "You know what? using these blades will be too much of a luxury, my hands will be perfect for the job" he says putting his swords into the ground then he suddenly dashes towards the giants punching one of them which result in their head exploding.

He starts killing the giants, ripping their arms, off crushing their head when a sword pierce his abdomen "I was wrong, I shouldn't limit myself to the regular, I go stronger" he says and suddenly the ground around him cave him with the sword shatters and the hole the sword make disappears with the giant who stabbed him. He disappears and appears in front back to where he first landed and the giants all fall with their heads, limbs all cut off, "Laufey I'm a nice man so I won't kill you but you also killed my children so I'll take your arm and give you this curse" the masked man says as Laufey right arm appears in his hands, "ARHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH- STO-ARHHHHHHHHH PLEA-ARHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" Laufey tries to beg for mercy but the pain he feels stops him from completing his words.

The Asgardians watch as the giants get slaughtered and their king gets cursed causing him to feel extraordinary pain. The masked man looks back at the Asgardians who subconsciously step back, "Odin, how did they come there" The masked man asks Odin whose face loses the blood in his face, "I'm guessing you thought they weren't important right, well does this prove how important they are" the masked man points at the still screaming Laufey.

"don't worry I won't kill you because you are my father but you must pay," the masked man says as he disappears and appears in front of Odin then disappear and appears back at the crater with an eyeball in his hands. "You know I was going to take an arm but I realized that since you're my father and those were my children you killed your own grandchildren, so I took the eye, it felt right" the masked man says as shadows start engulfing him the Asgardians start to charge at him but they were too late, the shadows disappear. A lady appears to the one-eyed Odin saying "Grandkids!! Odin, you killed your own grandkids!!" Odin just looked at the spot the masked man disappeared from his face looking drained and sad he looked up to the lady and said "Freya what have I done Freya

The masked man appears at the edge of a forest with Devion and Arthur holding urns, he slowly walks towards the edge of the cliff where Devion and Arthur hand him the Urns, he slowly opens the Urns and turning them down, and letting the wind spread them out, the tears begin to fall from Devion but Arthur's face remains dry, as he looks at the ashes he starts to frown

"You guys should give me a sec," the masked man tells Arthur and Dev who begin to protest but they are stopped by Jackson who tells them to leave, Devion and Arthur both leave the cliff into the forest, after they leave the masked man takes off his mask revealing Jackson who eyes are wet with tears as he collapses down onto the ground crying at the loss of his children "how..... how did I lose you guys, I am powerful yet you died," Jackson says,

"I killed them for you guys and for myself, I'm sorry for taking so long to return, as your father I should have protected yet I didn't so I apologize, you are the greatest thing to happen to me in both my lives, thank you for being my children" Jackson say as he gets up he puts his hands to side to reach dor his blades but they touch nothing "I must have forgotten them, let's go ge-" Jackson pauses as he looks down "No... those blades will just give me a way to keep killing and killing, I didn't wish for this power just so I could kill, I wished for it so that I could enjoy life... so let's enjoy it" Jackson says as he looks up into the sky with a smile present on his face.
