I Don't Want To Be Here

"What the hell? Where am I?" Coraline said waking up in a pile of flowers. She picked herself up off the ground. She hold her head and looked around.

"W-Wow..." She said taking in the beauty of the land.

She place her hand in the very soft grass. Her eyes growed big as a flower began to grow under her touch.

"WHAT THE FU-"

"Hey no cursing! Think of the children!" A voice said in a joking manner.

Coraline jump in surprise and turned her head. She saw a girl with rainbow messy hair, her skin looks as white as snow, her eyes glowed a dark blue and her teeth as she smile was yellow as the sun.

"Who are you!?"

"I should be asking you that. You are the one trespassing on my land."

Coraline didn't know what to say after that.

"I'm Sunshine! Nice to meet you!" Sunshine put out her hand to greet Coraline.

"...I'm Coraline" She said in a low voice

"Coraline? Oh like that movie Coraline!? That's such a cool name!"

"Um thanks I guess.."

Sunshine smiles big to Coraline's discomfort. She walk over to Coraline's flower.

"I guess you already figure out your gift." She said picking the flower and eating it.

"What gift? What is going on!? Where am I!?"

"You don't know?" Sunshine said walking to her.

"No I don't! Please tell me!"

Sunshine smiles.

"You're in the Lands Of The Misfortunes! Also known as a dream or another dimension."

"What?"

"IT'S A WORLD WERE EVERYONE WITH CRAPPY LIVES COME TO PLAY OR RELAX!!!"

"Why are you shouting?.."

Sunshine grabs Coraline hands and pulls her close touching her face.

"Hey get off!" She try to pull away but was shocked at how strong Sunshine was.

"It's been a while since a visitor had no mouth or nose. How does it feel? Can you breathe? How do you talk?"

Coraline look at Sunshine with a confused look. Sunshine let go of her and pointed at her face. Coraline touched her face and froze. Just like Sunshine said she had no mouth or nose. Coraline yelled at the top of her lungs as she began to cry.

"What's happening!? I wanna go home!!"

Sunshine held Coraline's hands again.

"It's ok. You're fine. You can go home once you wake up. Ok? So no need to cry"

Sunshine wipes her tears away.

"Ok... Hic.."

Sunshine looks another way then back at Coraline.

"Do you wanna meet my friend? It'll make time go faster and you'll wake up sooner."

Coraline nods her head as Sunshine takes her hand and walk her into the distance.
