KYENZI'S POV

"I want to hear from your butler his real intentions on putting something like that in my drink"

He nodded and we started eating our lunch.

I still can't believe I fucked with this psycho. But... He's no more a psycho now. He changed after I hang out with him and always gave him advice. He became more gentle, but not in bed. If he could do it with me that just means that he doesn't love Wellian anymore.

It's a good thing, now my brother's life is safe... For now.

"I'm sorry boss! It was sir Alexus' fault h-he said that you need it"

Now would you look at this? Alexus Han Hungevszky. He is Reeves' cousin. In the original novel, he is the main villain. He gave Wellian an aphrodisiac in his drinks to fuck him, but Reeves came into that scene and stopped him.

But now, he gave the aphrodisiac in my drink? Why? This doesn't make sense at all.

"You must've been confused"

Reeves looked at me.

"Alexus is my first cousin and he—"

Before he finished talking the door immediately opened and a tall man with light brown hair walk at Reeves with a smile on his face.

"So how was it, my man? Did you enjoy it?"

It was Alexus... But how come he's on good terms with Reeves? He's supposed to be dying with insecurity and anger at Reeves.

"You sure know how to add water to the fire"

"Hehe"

"Hey"

Alexus looked at me.

"You're the one who put that drug at my drink last night?"

"Oh so you're the one that brother Reeves kept talking about"

"What?"

Reeves immediately slapped Alexus back and glared at him.

"Oh common, you kept saying 'Me and my friend will go at the bar to have some fun, 'My friend is helping me on a blind date'. So I thought what if that friend of his is his destiny? So I planned on giving a special gift to my brother. I didn't expect it would turn good!"

"You bastard"

Before I could hit Alexus, Reeves hold both of my arms.

"Let me go, I'll kill this bastard right now!"

"Eeck!!— please have mercy!"

"Mercy my ass! Because of you, I lost my sanity to this guy! How can I have fun with anyone right now huh?"

"Eh, what do you mean?"

"You idiot! Because of that drug and what happened to us last night... I— I...."

I stopped when I realized I was at a point of confession. Reeves looked at me and hold both of my hands.

"What is it? Tell me"

I grabbed my hand and brushed my bangs.

"Because of that drug, I can't get hard with my own. Unless Reeves touches me"

My whole face reddened and I took a glance at Reeves. He was also shocked but then smiled. Why is he smiling?

"Then we can just fuck each other again"

"Stop saying embarrassing things! You and I... Have no sort of relationship. Don't you remember that I'm only here because of the contract?"

"Yeah about that"

He smiled.

"Then there's no problem, Just having you by my side is enough."

I didn't respond to what Reeves' said a while ago. I don't understand what's behind his words. It's giving me a headache the more I think about it. Oh right, tomorrow is Christmas. Do Reeves celebrate Christmas?

"What are we doing in the kitchen?"

"Oh, I forgot to tell you? I gave all of the servants a day off until tomorrow. Since it's Christmas it's normal to let them go home"

"So are you saying we'll cook for ourselves right now until tomorrow"

"Exactly, do you cook?"

I chuckled.

"Don't underestimate me. I may have a skinny body but I've learned to cook exquisite dishes since I was ten"

"Oh, then that just makes you my perfect wife"

"Pe-perfect wife?!?"

"Just kidding"

He smiled and the two of us started cooking. I especially made American-style pasta and mashed potatoes. He cooked a roasted chicken and he baked special brownies. I didn't expect him to be good at cooking. It was fun cooking with him. The original novel didn't mention him being good at this.

While eating we started sharing our stories.

"So when I saw brother Laven watching porn at the age of ten, I scold him and told it to my father. My father scolded me instead and said that I shouldn't disturb someone if they're pleasuring themselves. Like damn! How can a father say that to me?!"

"Well, I agree with your father. If you saw me pleasuring myself and you disturb me, I wouldn't let you go away that easily."

"You pervert. But how about you? You never mentioned anything about yourself"

"My parents died when I was a kid. My grandfather took me in, he was a leader of debt collectors. So after I graduate high school my father let me handle it and I didn't expect it to be successful"

"Where is he now?"

"He's in New York if we have time, we can visit him on New Year's Eve"

But I planned on going home after Christmas. I just missed my two brothers but I don't have the right to tell him that since I still have a contract with him.

"Reeves"

I stopped in the middle of our good conversation.

"I want to go home, about the contract... I think I already fulfill it. You're already moving on with Wellian. You've changed into a better person. You don't need me anymore"

I noticed him clench his right hand.

"But you need me right?"

"Huh?"

"You've just mentioned a while ago that you can't get hard without me touching you?"

"Are you sure?"

He slowly put his hand into mine and immediately pulled me closer and kissed me.

"Kyenzi, you need me. Do I need to prove it to you?"

"My body is, but... I don't want to have an intimate relationship with someone I have no feelings for"

"Reeves, are you listening to what you're saying now?"

"I'm well aware of the fact that you're not interested in me. But, I was a long time interested in you... Maybe the moment we saw each other, the moment you and I met. Maybe because I was not that hurt to lose Wellian was because of you. Maybe I moved on from him because you were always there for me. No... It's not a 'maybe' 'cause it is."

"Reeves"

He held my hands tightly.

"Kyenzi, I'm in love with you. I'm not asking for anything but just to stay by my side, I'll wait until you'll have feelings for me. Even if it takes forever"

I felt the sincerity in his words. He's serious.

"But I can't give you anything. I'm just me, I'm easily annoyed and sometimes I'm a self-centered person"

He smiled and looked at me in the eyes.

"I don't care, you can be selfish and angry at the same time, for every minute or seconds for the hell I care. As long as you're beside me, I can no longer wish for something else."

"R-reeves"

How did it come to this? He's currently playing my hole while kissing me.

After a while, the sounds of our bodies colliding with each other were heard all over the room.

And he closed his eyes.

Woah... I can't believe he fell asleep already. I'm also tired... I closed my eyes as I used his big left arm as a pillow and his right arm was placed into my waist. I lean my head into his chest as I hear his heartbeat and fell asleep.

When I opened my eyes, I saw him smiling at me.

"Merry Christmas"

"Hmm, yeah Merry Christmas"

I'm still embarrassed, I can't believe I slept with him.

"Your eyes are really pretty"

Now that I've noticed it since yesterday I stopped using my contact lens. I just felt the urge of confidence when he said he like the color of my eyes.

"Stop flirting at me early in the morning"

He smiled.

"But it's now afternoon though"

I glared at him and stand up. I immediately stumbled on myself as both of my legs were shivering.

"This is all your fault! We overdid it last night—ugh"

He immediately carries me back to the bed.

"I'm sorry, it's just that I can't help it when I'm with you"

"Are you also this kind of man when you did it with Mr. Wellian?"

His bright expression turned gloomed.

"I'm sorry"

"No, it's just that now that you've mentioned it. I never cared for his feelings before. Even after overdoing it with him and after he begs me for it, I just ignored it"

"Oh..."

"It seems that I'm a selfish person before, thank goodness I changed. I changed because of you... If it weren't for you then I'm more than trash right now."

"Sh-shut up, I bet you would be head over heels with Wellian once you see him again"

He hold both my hands and kissed them.

"I won't. Because I'm already madly in love with you Kyenzi. Even if there's many Wellian in this world, I won't take a glance at them. You're the only one I love"

My face immediately reddened.

"I— I need to wash so..."

"Since you can't move, let me help you"

I just nodded my head.

'When somebody loved me

"Keep still I'll wash your back"

"Okay, just do it well"

"Ha-ha of course I will, my love"

My face reddened.

'Everything was beautiful'

After he helps me wash my back I looked at him and pout.

"You should also shower. Come here I'll also wash your back"

'Every hour spent together

He smiled at me and take off his clothes.

"How sweet of you"

After the two of us take a bath, I can move and take a walk. My lower back is not that hurt anymore.

"There's something I wanted to show you, would you like to go with me?"

'And when he was sad'

I remember that I didn't get time to spend Christmas Eve with my brothers since the last time I left.

"Yeah, I'll go with you"

I brushed off my thoughts. What am I saying? They're happy without me since they have someone with them now and I have someone with me right now. And that's all that matters.

'And when was happy so was I'

"Let's go now"

Reeves wrap a grey scarf around my neck while smiling. He holds my right hand. I can feel his warm hand and smile pouring into my cold heart.

'When he loved me'

We're walking on the sidewalk while holding hands and smiling at each other and exchanging interesting stories.

"When I was a kid back then, I used to climb at the tree and pick up some fruits. My grandfather always scold me for that"

"You're like a monkey hahaha!"

'Through the summer and the fall'

"My grandfather also said that hahaha!"

We ate at a simple cafe.

"This has always been my favorite cafe ever since I turned twenty"

'We had each other, that was all

"Hmm, I see. Since all of the waiter here is guys"

"N-no it's nothing like that!"

'Just he and I together'

"Haha, I'm just kidding! Of course, their service is wonderful but their coffee is being brewed very well"
