It's Either You Or No One

When jasmine checked back at the wall clock, it's already past eight. She's been trying to reach her granddaughters since an hour plus, but yet none of them picked up the calls. Infact, they turned off their phones, which made jasmine became more worried. Her hair by now is now a total mess like she was struck by an electric. Hmm, yeah. Maybe electrocuted. Frustration has a lot to do with that. I guess. She grabbed the second iPhone 14 which her son, Justin, had bought for her few weeks ago before leaving for L.A, from the glass center table. At once within a blink of an eye, she began dialing her son's number.

Put yourselves to use

Princeton and Winston helped Whitney get up from the cold tiled floor and placed her to sit on the sofa.

Looking at Britney who is still in tears and finding it hard to defend herself, Princeton said, "Remember I sent you a text and what did you reply? Sarcasms, Britney."

"I was at the library. I know you won't believe me if I had told you about it, so I text you out of point." She cried. Damn Britney knew she's perfectly good at arranging lies.

Just then, Winston brought in the first aid box and placed her to sit.

Slapping his hands off, she shouted, "Get your hands off me."

"Keep quiet, Britney. You caused this bruises to yourself and now that I'm trying to wipe them off you're generating more stubbornness." Winston retorted. Without listening to any of her mumbling words, he pulled the table over, sat and began massaging her bruised face with an icepack.

Kingston felt a bit guilty within himself after seeing his sister wailing like a toddler. He shouldn't have hit her. But at the same time, she shouldn't have retaliated to her seniors.

Though he is aware that Whitney pulled the trigger first and he would have sort it out but Britney went too far to the extent of picking a fight with her sister.

Looking at Whitney, Kingston placed his hands on his waist and narrowed his eyes, "Why did you chimed in when I didn't ask you?"

Whitney lowered her head and bit her lower lip.

"How many times have I told you never to remain quiet or act innocent when you're asked a question?"

"But it's not my fault." She muttered.

"Liar! You-" Britney swallowed the rest of her words when Princeton placed a finger on his lips.

Grr, she hate this people. Why didn't her father fixed a private place for to her? Why did he had to make them stay together? She can't even breath, live or do whatever she likes with her elder siblings around her. They're just a thorn on her flesh.

"Whitney, you insulted her. Why did you? Aren't you getting tired of pulling a fight with Britney? You know little things gets her mad easily and you keep doing them." Winston chided. He wasn't liking the five fingers marks he was seeing on his sister's cheek neither was he happy to see the little pinches on Whitney's neck either.

"You know what? Dad should hear this." Kingston stated and took his phone out of his pocket.

Britney and Whitney widened their eyes in shock and quickly shouted, "No don't!" They knew for sure, once Sebastian gets to know what's happening here, he'll fly down to Washington and the both of them knew the rest of the story. They'll be doomed!

"Why? Your attitudes makes me wanna phone him right now and narrative the drastic things going on between you two."

When they gave him a pitiful expression, he rolled his eyes and shoved the phone into his pocket. "For goodness sake, what has come over you two? Why do you engage yourselves in fighting alot?"

Getting up from her seat without saying anything, Britney grabbed her purse and barged into her bedroom upstairs.

"Hey, young lady, I'm not done with the first aid treatment." Winston stated.

"Give it to Whitney, she's everyone's favorite." Britney shouted from her room.

Princeton stared at Whitney, "Have you seen what you've done? If my phone rings out, we all should be expecting a serious scold from mom because Britney is already explaining things upstairs."

Running her eyes disrespectfully at him, Whitney hissed, rolled her eyes and barged into her bedroom. Who cares if her mom calls? She knows how to bypass lies and Jin-joo will get to believe her.

Immediately after she left, Winston package the first aid kit and stood up. Staring at his brothers, he grinned, "How about the new strippers coming to the clubhouse today?"

Smacking his own head, Princeton nodded, "Yes, yes, yes."

"I heard they're hot and sexy." Kingston smiled.

"Well, what you heard is true, man. Billy and Nick said they're coming as well." Winston added.

Glancing at his watch, Princeton informed, "It's past three and the club is opening by 7, we should be there latest 7:30."

"Hmm, precisely." Taking his phone out, Kingston added, "I'll order dinner right now."

"Dude, seriously? Do we have to do this all the time?" Princeton complained.

"Then what else should we do? Whitney and Britney can't cook. They don't even know how to cook and mom and dad refuses to hire a chef for us because they want us to practice home chores."

"The other day, Britney almost got roasted in the kitchen. If Prince and I hadn't been at home, only heaven knows what would have happened." Winston sighed.

"And what the hell was she trying to do? Just to boil water for noodles?" Kingston frowned.

They believed all these were their faults. They didn't practice them before living on their own. They were brought up in a luxurious way, lived an extravagant life and whatever they requested has always been granted to them with immediate effects, so what else?

They're all spoilt brats! And someone should blame their parents for it.

Standing right on the stairs with their hands on the handrail, Whitney and Britney chimed in at the same time.

"I want pepperoni pizza and bubble tea!" Britney requested.

"I want beef salad and diet coke!" Whitney added.

Princeton mimicked their words back at them and snapped, "We need a cook in this apartment. You two better put yourselves to use."

Without saying anything, the two girls rolled their eyes at him and barged into their rooms.

"Did you see that?" Princeton asked his brothers. "So disrespectful."

Kingston patted his shoulder and sighed, "I've already ordered something for us and I also did include what they requested. The delivery will be here shortly."
