Pure Devastation

"Looks like that bitch got beaten amd now she isn't holding back tsk, what a boring little girl" The lizard spoke as it swallowed a guard.

"tsk, now i can't get close to her" Sel replied as he split apart a passerby.

"We have to retreat" Jason said as he dodged an attack coming feom Reias spear. he sluggishly moved.

"And how would we do that?!!" Saito asked, he swung both his scythe and sword at the her, they bounced off as if it was nothing to her.

"I don't know?!!, blow up fire slimes i guess?" he dashed away from an impact,Saitos scythe seemed to have broke apart by her last attack, now he was holding the sword.

"Screw it, After this we have 10 seconds to run" Jaso said as he infused the remaining bits of his mana into the runes on his sword.

the sword glowed darkly as jason activated [Silence All and bind spirits], he dashed infront of heia and swung at her, black chains were wrapped around her as tattoos on her body.

"Everyone Ruun?!" Jason dashed away after picking up the [Mana Wraith], The others weren't slow as they ran in amazing speeds.

"Cowards…i guess we will fight more the next time we meet,but that is if you do survive this next attack Pierce the light [Dark Desolation]" Her spear glowed in an unholy light…and then all went silent.

*BOOM*

her spear traveled incomprehensible to the eye, as it passed it caused Catastrophic damage.

"…..Yup, Blowing up the demon continent is in my to do list now" Saito said as he came out from the rubble on the ground, It's already been a few hours since…well everything was destroyed. Saito was bruised and hurt all over,his clothes were thorn.

"me too," Jason said as he arrived in front of saito.

"Many people died..."Saito said solemnly.

"….What now" Jason asked as he uswd a spell to clean up the blood in his clothes and saitos.

"Well…i mean i think the others survived, and maybe they got teleported somewhere?" Saito said in confusion.

"Could be possible….Welp, we didn't get any xp from that but we i did level up my abilities to max level." Jason sat on a nearby stone.

"..I wonder if the cat girl survived" Saito asked.

"She did…but her mother is…anyways after i woke, i found her hurt,so i healed her up a bit…she was the only survivor…she said her father was captured…."Jason said with a bitter tone.

Saito seemed a bit solemn. "Well…that's sad, where do we go now". Jason paused for a moment then brought out the map. "To the north we can go to the desert kingdom, we may encounter some dangerous beasts there so it's a far stretch, to the south it's where the holy city is,it seems to be a much safer place to regroup…so we could go there".

Saito picked up his sword that was embedded on the ground. "Well let's go to the Holy city i guess, bring the girl". Jason nodded his head and then dashed away.

"Hey, are you all right" jason asked as he placesld a hand on mirras head

Mirra looked up at Jason with weary eyes, her fur matted with dirt and blood. Despite the exhaustion evident in her posture, she managed a weak smile.

"I'll be fine," she replied softly. "Thank you for saving me back there."

"Well it's no problem, but we have a long way to go, so for this amount of period, stay strong and become stronger, Without strength something far more worse than this can happen" Jason said gently grabbing her hands and walked towards saito.

"…Can you teach me how to be strong" Her green eyes stared up at jason with a helpful light.

"I am not really that much impressive…but i'll try" He said as they continued to walk, the Wraith slime reappeared and was near saito.

Saito sheated his sword and then they walked towards the beginning of their journey.

"Hahahahah, suck in that aurora, my demons beat your puny heroes" A man that had red skin and purple marking said as he stared at a woman with multicolored glowing hair and blue eyes.

"They were against a higher demon that isn't fair?!!" She said stomping her feet on the ground.

"Whatever, but who are those two strange two anyways, they don't seem to be human nor a demon heck they have more power than both my hero and yours?!" The Demon god said with an insatiable interest.

"I don't know…but i am going to-."She was interrupted by the demon god.

"Nope, do not interfere, i want to see where this goes,two unknown beings,i do wonder if they can reach our level of power and if they do so,then they have enough recognition to join me in my realm" The demon god said with Anticipation.

"Oh please,what if they refuse" Aurora asked with an eyebrow raised.

"Well then…Only fate would know that" He darkly said and disappeared from the place.

The moonlight shined on the surroundings as orbs of fire crashed against the hides of giant wolves. "Damn monsters" jaso said as he lunged his katana into the wolfs head.

Mira stay close" Saito made an arc of mana killing the second one, the slime Wraith was encasing mira in a small dome.

After a few more minutes, the two finished killing the pack of wolves.

"You guys were amazing!" Mira said her eyes glowing in amazement.

"Thank you" Saito said with a smile, jason squatted near one of the wolves,his hand was encased in a dark glow above the dead wolves head. He was planning to create an undead mount.

The wolfs body twitched for a few moments then it's fur and flesh decayed until it turned into bones, the wolf stood up and now it had purple flames where its eyes once were.

"Perfect," Jason said, patting the skeletal wolf. "This will make things easier."

"Damn bro, Necromancy really?" Saito looked at jason baffled.

"Hey,you are lucky i didn't create something like a [Mana Wraith] again" Jason said irritably.

"Can i do that?" Mira asked curiously.

"Nope,unless you want to become an undead" Jason said and mira seemed to have not liked that idea.

the three made a campfire and cooked the other wolves flesh, After that jason drew some basic monster warding runes on the ground and now they rested in an empty clearing of a forest.

"Hey saito, i can upgrade our weapons tomorrow since i have a lot of soul shards,but you have to teach me about runes" saito said.

Jasons eyes were closed. "Sure,by the way it will take us some weeks to actually arrive at the holy city,there are some towns and villages on the way there, so we can rest there"

Mira was sleeping on top of the Wraith slime, the wolf was circling around and guarding the surroundings, Saito looked once more at the moon and then closer his eyes once more

The Next Day...

"purrr~" Jason who was soundly sleeping suddenly woke up.

"….uhm why is she hugging ma leg" Jason asked,he wanted to cry.

Saito laughed and then grinned at him."Hahaha, Who knows.

Mira suddenly woke up and then rubbed her eyes. "Good morning Saito and Jason".

She sat down and stared at jason,she tilted her head not understanding why he is looking like that. "Good morning Mira".

The slime bounced onto her laps and then she hugged it gently, jason stood up and went out into the forest to find a nearby water source to drink water.

As he was going he decided to look at his ability levels

Jasons Abilities:

1. Electric Dash → Thunder Surge

-Electric Dash (Level 10): Grants near-instantaneous movement. The electric trail can now ignite surroundings and cause massive AoE (Area of Effect) damage.

-Requirements to Evolve:

-Complete 1,000 successful Electric Dashes in high-intensity combat scenarios.

-Cause 50,000 cumulative AoE damage using Electric Dash in a single battle.

-Kill or Tame a Lvl 40 Lightning beast.

2. Magic Mastery → Arcane Dominion

-Magic Mastery (Level 10): Access to legendary spells and ultimate magical abilities. Complete mastery over magic.

-Requirements to Evolve:

-Cast 500 high-level spells from multiple schools in combat.

-Learn and master three legendary spells.

-Undergo the Archmage's Trial and prove complete control over all elements.

3. Draining Touch → Life Reaver

-Draining Touch (Level 10): Absorbs significant health, stamina, and mana. Can steal abilities temporarily.

-Requirements to Evolve:

-Drain health, stamina, and mana from 500 different targets.

-Successfully steal and use 50 abilities in combat.

-Complete the Ritual of the Reaver and survive its trials.

"….And that feels impossible…but as a gamer…I must grind" Jason said righteously….
