The three ninjas jumped down from the tree that they were standing on and I got a clear picture of them. The three that had jumped down just now were young, even younger then me around thirteen to fourteen years old. Two of them were boys, one with blue hair and another with brown hair, while the last one was a girl with black hair. But this is not the only thing that caught my attention. These ninjas had the headbands of Takigakure. That meant that they are from Takigakure, not from Iwagakure like the other ninjas.

I looked around to see Seiten fighting the other three ninjas in the distance, but there was no sign of Mio and Sensei anywhere around. It looks like they have taken their fight to somewhere away from here.

[Since they are away, you don't have to worry about them spotting your trash chakra control and shoot jutsus without any worry] Gaya exclaimed to which I only nodded. My only worry on this mission was to get spotted by my teammates when I am using chakra related skills but now that they are away, I felt stupid for worrying over that so much.

'Though, Seiten is still there...' I thought as I looked at where Seiten was fighting. He was quite far away from me so he shouldn't be able to tell about my chakra control but I was still worried about him.

[Don't just ignore your opponents, Damn it!] Gaya shouted in my head as I snapped my head back towards the three taki shinobi to see them still there motionless. I reprimanded myself for not being focused and took out my kunai.

As soon as they saw me taking out a kunai, They all started moving. The brown haired boy came straight at me while shouting-

"YHAAAAA..." He shouted as he brought his fist back and fired it towards me and I just simply caught it. As there was no impact I was easily able to hold his fist and moved my kunai towards his stomach.

As he felt no impact coming from the punch he froze over in confusion but was soon able to recover as he started moving out of the range of my kunai. But I had caught his hand in a tight grip not letting him get away. My kunai reached his stomach and as soon as it started tearing apart the flesh My hand stopped. I looked at the few drops of his blood that came out of his wound as my hand trembled. My grip on his hand also loosened and as soon as that happened he freed his hand and punched me again in the face.

He, Of course, still didn't feel any impact being made but this time instead of freezing, he moved sideways. I just stood there as he punched me and moved aside, but as soon as he moved, A lot of water hit me waking me up from my daze.

[Karan, What are you doing!] I heard Gaya's scream as the water stopped coming. I was still standing there though just like before.

(What happened? What was that water just now?) I asked Gaya.

[That blue haired guy just hit you with a water cannon jutsu, That's where that water came from) Gaya replied as I just looked around.

(Then, Why am I still standing here? Shouldn't I be sent flying?) I asked in a confused tone. After all, even with all the wonderful abilities of the system, I should still get knocked back right?

[ Oh my God! You idiot! Did you forget that I can convert and obsorb push, pull and Impact forces? The water cannon that was just launched at you was not able to either damage or knock you back because of that]

'Oh! That made sense! Since Gaya absorbs pushing force, I can't be pushed around by anyone anymore.' A smirk emerged on my lips as I thought of that. Sorting all my thoughts, I looked around me to see where those three ninjas were off to since they haven't made any movements after the water cannon.

They were still around me but they were just standing at one place without moving an inch. If someone looked closely then they would see shocked expressions on all three of them. I thought of going on the offensive now but just then, A voice stopped me in my tracks.

"What the f*ck?"

"What should we do now, Aoi?" I asked Aoi, my teammate.

"Wait and see where we are needed the most." He replied still looking at the slowly forming battlefield.

"Sensei is so irresponsible. How can he just leave us like that to attack that hoodied guy." Emi, another teammate of mine, complained.

"It is fine, Emi. He just found a good opportunity and decided to act. we have to wait for our own as well." Aoi again explained.

Together with our Sensei, we were a four man squad of ninjas from Takigakure. We were currently on a mission to prevent the delivery of a letter to a Takigakure noble.

As we all looked down from the tree we were hiding in, we saw every ninja from konoha engaged in a battle with another ninja, except that hoodied guy.

For some reason, he looked awkward there, like he didn't know what to do right now but then again, We also don't know what to do as we are just standing around on a tree thinking about whom to target.

"Alright prepare yourself!" Aoi whispered as he started preparing hand signs.

"Fire Style: Fireball jutsu!"

Aoi whispered again as he launched the jutsu at that hoodied guy which that person dodged and then we all jumped down in front of him.

We three had a simple strategy that we almost always use when fighting someone. First, I would engage our enemy in close range combat while Emi will back me up with kunais or shurikens and we will bring enough time for Aoi to prepare another jutsu to knock our opponent out. So following our strategy, I was just about to dash towards him when I found him to be looking somewhere else without a care in the world.

'Like, Seriously?' I thought in disbelief. but soon the guy suddenly just snapped his neck back towards us like someone just had made him remembered that we also existed. After which he brought out a kunai.

Seeing that, I moved my legs to reach him as fast as possible as I shouted to get his attention-

"YAHHHH..."

I pulled my fist back and tried to punch him in the face but then a really weird thing happened.

My fist touched his hand and stopped, but I still felt that it was moving. I didn't feel any impact being made or my hand didn't even push his, it was like I just tapped his palm. My head didn't register this. As my hand was moving fast enough, It should have some sort of impact but it didn't! So I felt that my hand was still moving towards this hoodied guy but of course it wasn't, I could see it wasn't!

I froze. I didn't know what to do for a second but a sharp pain made me aware that now is not the time to be thinking that. I freed my hand and punched him again in the face, again I didn't feel any impact but this time, I just stepped aside without caring about it much. I checked my injury to find only minor wound there. I didn't have time to think about why he didn't finish me off when he had the chance as the next weirdest thing happened.

Just like we always do, Aoi launched a water style jutsu towards that hoodied basterd. This jutsu completely engolfed him inside of it. The jutsu lasted two or three seconds but I was sure that it would blast him somewhere away so I had time to think more. But, The jutsu stopped and that F*cker literally didn't even budge from where he was standing, much less blast away. he still stood there where he was standing before, completely fine but wet.

I was confused, like, What? What just happened? Shouldn't he be blown away?

I looked at Aoi for answers to find him just as confused or even more confused then me. And, He only had one thing to say, "What the f*ck?"
