Chapter 80 There's no need for that

Anlan locked the door and dragged Chengxiao outside the apartment. Chengxiao saw how desperate she was to know what he wanted to say but he was still not sure if he should tell her why he had called her. What if she stays away from him after knowing that someone she saw as a friend wanted something more than that? What if she sees him as one of the desperate boys she despised and avoid him? All this thought came flooding into his mind, he wasn't ready to let go of Anlan for any reason and he didn't want to make the wrong choice that would chase her away for good before even getting to tell her. But he couldn't hide it anymore,he couldn't keep it in anymore 

"Cheng what are you thinking of?"Anlan asked waving her hand to get his attention

"Nothing.. It's nothing"Chengxiao replied and smiled

"If you say so..where are we going?..are we waiting for the bus"Anlan asked

"No there's no need for that"Chengxiao said and grabbed her hand walking to another direction

"Where are you taking me.. did you book a special car?is this news so big and special"Anlan asked curiously looking at Chengxiao for a reply

"You would know once you get there"Chengxiao said confidently but a hint of doubt was in his voice was she really going to find it special?

"Hmm... I'm exhausted I hope it'll be quick..I promised myself a good nap today but it has been rudely interrupted today"Anlan said with disappointment

Chengxiao remembered seeing a man walk into her apartment with her earlier today but he didn't want to ask about it as it was what caused argument between them the last time but that was one reason that pushed him to tell her everything today he was scared that someone else was going to come and take her away from him

"It shows that you need it.. so I'll make it quick"Chengxiao replied with gently

"Thanks"Anlan smiled and just then Chengxiao stopped in front of a black car

"Why did you stop?"Anlan asked

"We would be going with the car"Chengxiao replied placing his hands into his pocket

"Where's the driver?"Anlan asked confused

"Anlan I own the car"Chengxiao said"you truly own it oh my goodness..Cheng finally has a car"Anlan exclaimed happily 

"Wait why didn't you inform me..was it because of you were annoyed"Anlan asked

"No it's just that I wanted it to be a surprise"Chengxiao replied confidently,after seeing the happiness in Anlan's eyes he felt like everything was going to be alright.

"Let's drive"Anlan said and got in

Old Madam was already getting worried,she had brought Lijing over to get to know Ye juemo better but ever since he brought her Ye juemo had hardly set his legs in the mansion and Lijing's father was beginning to be another problem he threatened to take Lijing if Ye juemo wasn't interested and would make everyone know that the Scott family had made mockery of him

"If you know that Second Master isn't interested in Lijing I would come over and take her back. you have to do something fast or you won't see her again"Lijing father said angrily and hung up

Old Madam sighed was Ye juemo bent on ruining her image she wasn't going to take this anymore
