I wonder... How long have I been here? I can't move and I always feel my body's curled up... And what is this chord-like thing I feel in my tummy?

I can't see but, I can sense and feel. Its been like this for awhile, at first I couldn't feel any of those, I also seem to have no body at that time.

I also wonder who am I sometimes but can't seem to remember, its like blank prior to me waking up here.

Suddenly I feel a suction force above where my head is supposed to be... it kind of hurt(?), I think...

P.O.V 3rd person

(In a Hospital located in Japan, Kuoh Town...)

"Push harder madam! Push! Push! Puuuuush!!", Encouraged the Nurse to the laboring Mother.

"Ahhhhh!", howling in pain, the Mother continues, until the Baby's head poked, following the head was the Body of the Baby.

seeing the baby Successfully out, the Nurse picked the baby up as the young fellow

cries. after she took him several other Nurses and Doctor rushed to the mother, as she slowly loses her life, considering that she expended alot of energy to make sure her baby is out alive.

"aaaah... come here, little guy... It seems I can't live a little longer to see you grow up... But atleast, grow up strong and healthy. mother will always watch you from above, make sure to find your soulmate and marry her, have kids, grow old together... And finally, your name. your name shall be, Makoto, Sei Makoto.", The mother said to her child, knowing the child listening despite crying. She took the baby in the nurse's hands using her shaking yet tender arms, and hugged him.

The child knowing what was happening Quieted down, and leaned his head on her chest. feeling to her weakly rising chest, he knows his mother's death is coming. There he leans all the while listening until her heart no longer beats... After that his green eyes closed due to Exhaustion, soon he fell asleep.

Seeing this, everyone in the room offered a prayer to the mother, the nurse took the baby and put him in the nursery.

After she put him in the room, she heads to the office of the doctor leading the labor. soon she arrived at his office, and knocked.

hearing 'come in' response, she opened the door and head in, "Dr. Matara, the baby has been put inside the nursery, whats next?", the Nurse asked, considering Makoto have no known Father to be sent to nor Relatives.

"*sigh* You will be delivering him to the nearest Orphange, after that you shall resume your duties.", the Doctor answered, feeling great sadness of the death of the boy's mother, knowing the child will be leaving the Orphanage, after being legal of age.

after hearing him answer, the nurse left to pick up the child before heading to the orphanage.
