Chapter 12 *Welcome to Hell*

(Reo woke up, it was 7:47am. Reo looked at the clock, he didn't want to get up, but Kazu made him think about what he said that his life was going to be a living hell. So to be safe, he decided to get up. It took forever for him to find the stairs. The whole place was like one giant maze. When he walked down stairs he decided to go to the kitchen to make himself some breakfast. He was the first one up, so he would get the first plate.)

Taku: "Hey Reo, what took you so long."

(Reo saw Taku already in the kitchen, but then Reo noticed when he looked around, everyone was already there except for Kazu. Reo was the last one up.)

Selene: "Well Reo I'd hurry up if I were you. Kazu is planning to make us train at eight."

Reo: "I thought we had to wake up at eight."

Sara: "Yeah, he wanted us to wake up and train right away."

Reo: "You gotta be kidding me."

Dai: "Should've woken up earlier. Always be prepared."

Reo: "Shut up, four eyes."

Dai: "O-oh."

Reo: "What's left to eat."

Ruri: "Looks like nothing. Everyone ate everything."

Reo: "Damn it."

Kazu: "Hey everyone, ready to train."

(Kazu walked into the kitchen.)

Dai: "Yeah, let's do this guys."

Reo: "You can already tell who the nerd is of the group."

(They end up walking into a weird looking room. It was all black, but a door across the room brightened it.)

Kazu: "This is the training room."

(Kazu started to walk to the door. He went through it and closed it behind him, but you could still hear his voice.)

Kazu: "Today you will fight and I will see how strong you all really are.

(The darkness in the room started to change. It turned into a city.)

Sara: "What the-"

Dai: "We're not really in the city, it's a simulation."

Kazu: "That's right, now Selene and Reo, you two are the first to fight."

Reo: "I thought I'd have a challenge."

Selene: "Oh, I'll give you a challenge."

Taku: "Booooo, fight already."

(Reo charged at her right off the bat. He moved his fist back and punched, but it landed right in her hand.)

Reo: "Huh?"

Selene: "You might be wondering how I caught that. Well I have lighting and wind, so I made my hand have lighting coarse through it so then the electric factor of your punch wouldn't hurt. Then I made wind slow you down when you charged at me, making your attack useless."

Reo: "Are you trying to out smart me?"

Selene: "No, I think I succeeded."

Reo: "Shut up!"

(Reo grabbed her arm and threw her. She caught herself with her wind.)

Selene: "Nice tr-"

(Before she could finish, Reo was right in front of her covered in electricity with his fist cocked back. He punched Selene right in her face. Selene laid there unconscious.)

Reo: "Don't try to out smart me."

Kazu: "Well then, I should have been more specific. Reo and Selene were supposed to fight robots."

Reo: "Robots?"

Dai: "Yeah, me and Tazu had to fight them."

Tazu: "They weren't hard at all. Well, at least not for me."

Reo: "Whatever."

Kazu: "Yeah, that was a my bad."

(Selene laid there unconscious.)

Kazu: (Staring at Selene's body) "Well, now that you know what you have to do. Reo and, uh, Yui: fight some robots."

(Two giant robots dropped from the ceiling. One had a wheel instead of legs, it also had two hammers for hands. The other was big with legs and arms, It was very bulky.)

Yui: "Ok Reo. I have a plan and if we follow it we could..."

Reo: "Shut up and stay back."

(Reo's body went full electric mode and he sprinted right at the bulkley one. He jumped up and punched it right in the torso making electricity flow through the entire thing. It fell to the ground powerless. The other one drove right towards Reo with it's hammers slamming all over. Yui jumped up and hit that one's head right off. It also fell down powerless.)

Kazu: "Good job you two. I can see I have some strong people to teach."

Reo: "You ain't teaching me anything. I can't learn from someone weaker than me."

Kazu: "I mean, again I did beat you in a fight already. Want me to do it again."

Reo: "Come on down here and let's see you try."

Kazu: "Ok."

Tazu: "He looks mad."

Sara: "When you get to know my brother, you'll know he's always mad."

(One of Kazu's portals opened and he walked through it.)

Kazu: "Ready for me to show you why you're getting teached by me."

Dai: "Everyone watch. Kazu is gonna show us his best moves."

Reo: "Shut up, nerd. Come on you teleporting bastard. Make the first move."

(Kazu and Reo stared at each other for a minute. Then Kazu made a portal and punched it. Another portal opened behind Reo and Kazu's fist came out of it, but Reo turned around and grabbed it. Kazu was in shock. Reo pulled Kazu through his portal and slammed him to ground.)

Reo: "Looks like someone learned your one trick."

(Kazu laid there for a moment.)

Kazu: "That was a smart tactic, Reo. A tactic I didn't know you'd even try."

Reo: "What's that supposed to mean."

(Kazu stood up and brushed himself off.)

Kazu: "It means I underestimated you. You're stronger than I thought, you just need to work on your anger a little bit."

Reo: "Shut up."

(Kazu laughed.)

Kazu: "Come on, let's go get something to eat."

(They all started walking out of the training room together.)

Sara: "Great job, brother. I want to be as strong as you one day."

Reo: "Mhm."

Yui: "Yes Reo, your strengths are great. Not that I care about that."

Reo: "Ok."

Dai: "Yes Reo, but like Kazu said, you must work on that anger."

Reo: "Shut up!"

(They all left the room. Kazu turned the lights off behind them and Selene laid there, still unconscious. )

(It became dark in the city. Kaen was thrown at the wall and fell to the ground. He coughed up blood.)

Kage: "God, are you ever gonna turn to the fire man."

(Kaen stood up some.)

Kaen: "His name is Demon."

Kage: "Yeah, whatever."

(Kage kicked Kaen in the shin and he fell again.)

(The Destroyer and Hugo were standing behind Kage. They looked to be in an alleyway. Kage

turns back to Hugo.)

Kage: "Doctor, any idea on how to make him switch cores or whatever."

Hugo: "I got no clue really. Maybe if we can make his Demon core activate, we can take him back to the lab and I can make that core permanent."

Kage: "That's if he doesn't burn down the lab. Destroyer, throw him again."

(The Destroyer nodded and started to walk over to Kaen, but Kaen stopped him.)

Kaen: "Wait."

Kage: "Uhhh, what?"

Kaen: "Why do you want Demon so bad? I thought you were this righteous man on how we must punish the prideful and stuff."

(Kage crouched down to Kaen level.)

Kage: "Look, I'm a lot of things, and you're correct. I am trying to punish those that are too prideful, or think they're better than others just because they were born with something special about them, but that means I need power. Your little demon friend has a lot of power with that fire core, and I need that so people will listen. I have criminals doing crimes so I can get money to stop these prideful bastards, but a little bad can make a lot of good."

(Kage pulled a sliver blade from his sleeve.)

Kage: "Now, show me the bad."

(Kage lifted the blade up and stabbed it down on Kaen's leg. Kaen screamed and his eyes turned black.)
