By anticipating the most challenging situations, Rain aimed to safeguard against unpleasant surprises, a way of thinking that was proving essential in these uncertain times.
Naturally, there are several flaws in the enemy's way of thinking… They were making Rain stronger, too, and that was why they were being cautious.
