Insectoid Gluttonous Path
Rain created a revival ring and carefully equipped one of the cores into it. This was a delicate operation, as the energy within the core was needed to be harnessed for a specific purpose. With the preparations in place, Rain initiated the process, channeling the energy from the core to recreate the body of the insect queen using the remains inside the core.
The revival ring glowed with an otherworldly light as the energy flowed through it, and before long, the once lifeless form of the insect queen began to take shape. Very slowly, her left claw began to be recreated…
"Wow, you really are doing something pretty nasty and yet very impressive," Elisabetha said. "Is that how you came back?"
"Yes, although it took many decades," Rain said. "Still, this monster is a lot stronger than I was back then, and I don't need to restore all of its body, so it is fine. This shouldn't take long."
