The second team, with a large number of reinforcements, gave some much-needed respite to the first group. They used their potions to recover their mana, but Sealyn still kept fighting. Even Rain couldn't follow her movements, so he just guarded Terra and Seara.
"This is on the same level as the seal that Branden made with me," Rain said. "You guys sacrifice all of your abilities and parameters to boost her powers."
"We did that as soon as you disappeared to make sure that they wouldn't die no matter what," Terra explained. "We never used it, though. Since we created those seals to those three."
"Why?" Annie asked when she joined the talk.
"It was only a countermeasure. You don't want to feel like all of your accomplishments were thanks to our help, right?" Terra asked. "
"After a while, we thought that it would be unnecessary and unfair to use them," Sears said. "Still, this situation called for a different approach."
