Don't Force

{MAYA}

"Yatta? What is Yatta?" Nadia asked her eldest brother.

Roy groaned, he had gone over the same thing over and over for the past minutes. He didn't know if his sister was joking or if she was serious that she didn't understand him. He tried to get Maya's attention, but Maya was talking to Brent.

Maya was busy explaining to Brent what it meant to cook porridge with fermented flour and not use lemon. And just like her brother, she didn't know if Brent really didn't understand her, or if he was just pretending.

The twins were pushing a trolley behind them as they chatted about their plans. Since they finished the movie which was in town, they hadn't yet decided if they could go home, stay with Maya or accept the roles which their agents kept sending them in their emails.

For them, it was easy to do whatever they wanted to. They were not Nadia who still had not gotten her mother to accept her to move to Maya's place.
