The Letter from Father
Without warning, Arthur pressed the trigger of his shotgun and fired at Gilbert. The soundless bullet grazed his temple, causing it to bleed.
A sharp pain shot through Gilbert's head as he stumbled back, but he quickly regained his composure and stood tall
Arthur smirked arrogantly, relishing in the power he held over Gilbert. "I told you to stop seeing my sister," he sneered.
"But you just couldn't resist, could you? This shotgun is imbued with magic, making it silent. And the bullet is made of mana, ensuring that no one will know if you die because of a gunshot ."
Gilbert remained silent, his eyes narrowing with anger and resentment towards Arthur. Suddenly, he moved so fast that Arthur was caught off guard. Gilbert seized the shotgun from Arthur's hands and bent it in two.
Arthur stood frozen, unable to move or speak as Gilbert moved closer, his eyes piercing into Arthur's soul.
