New Neighbor

Since his supply had all been met Theodore had been confined to his home and had only gone out a few times to familiarize himself with the layout of City A. 

Just as his agent had said, a week passed and Theodore heard the noise from the apartment in front of his. 

"They moved in pretty quickly. Should I say hello to them?" Theodore began to wonder if he should go out and say hello to his new neighbors. 

Honestly, Theodore didn't think much of going out and meeting his new neighbors. 

But, it would be better for Theodore if he knew who his neighbors would be. 

Given that life in the apocalypse was no longer about morals and ethics. 

So Theodore's house could be broken into when the apocalypse came if he didn't pay attention to his surroundings. 

"Looks like I have no other choice," Theodore said with a grimace.

Once ready Theodore went out and saw a woman instructing people to be careful with their belongings. 

One look and Theodore realized that the woman was going to be his neighbor and she was moving his belongings. 

"Hello, are you the one who will be living in this apartment?" Theodore walked up to his new neighbor. 

"Hey, as you can see, I'll be living here starting today. I hope we can be good neighbors," the woman replied with a friendly smile. 

"I hope you like it here," Theodore replied as he handed her the fruit basket he was carrying. 

"Oh my, thank you so much! You didn't even bother." The woman did not expect Theodore to give her something. 

"No problem. By the way, you can call me Theodore, you can call me if you need anything," Theodore said, trying to offer his friendliness. 

"How could I forget to introduce myself. I'm Roxanne Goldish." Roxanne was very happy to have a friendly neighbor like Theodore. 

Whereas before Roxanne really hoped that her life in a new place could go well and be surrounded by friendly neighbors. 

Indeed, Roxanne was very grateful that her hopes could be granted like this. 

"Nice to meet you, Roxanne." Theodore nodded slowly and headed back towards the door of his apartment. 

Just as Theodore was about to enter his apartment, his steps stopped when he heard Roxanne's voice calling him.

Theodore only turned his head to look at Roxanne, "Yes, I'll be home today. Do you need my help?" 

For a moment Theodore thought that Roxanne called him because she needed his help. 

"If you don't mind joining me for dinner tonight, think of it as my favor for this," Roxanne replied as she raised the fruit basket in her hand. 

Honestly, Theodore was quite surprised by the invitation Roxanne gave him, he did not expect to get this invitation. 

However, even so Theodore would not refuse the good offer, after all there was no harm in him accepting it. 

"I'll be happy to join you. See you tonight then," Theodore replied later while nodding his head. 

With that Theodore went into his apartment, before having dinner with Roxanne he had to take care of his farm in the sacred dimension. 

After several days of locking himself in the sacred dimension Theodore realized that the magic water in the sacred dimension was truly magical. 

The vegetable seeds that he had just planted on his land, the next day Theodore realized that the seeds had sprouted. 

Given that Theodore was a beginner in agriculture, naturally seeing this development he became much more excited at this time. 

It felt like all of Theodore's hard work of weeding and hoeing the land had paid off.
