Now that Theodore was inside Roxanne and Geoffrey's apartment, fortunately, they were happy to receive him in their apartment. Theodore thought he finally had time to ask the questions that had made him curious about the situation at the base during his previous leave. 

They had dinner together, so Theodore didn't ask too severe questions since they were also eating now. 

"By the way, where do you work, Roxanne?" To start their conversation, Theodore asked Roxanne this. 

"I'm at the north gate," Roxanne replied briefly. 

Theodore immediately remembered what Victor had said earlier about the crime at the north gate. Theodore could get some information from Roxanne on this matter. 

"Are things there as bad as at the west gate?" Theodore casually asked Roxanne this. 

"It can't be as bad as the west gate. Believe me, our place is the worst," Geoffrey said, shaking his head.
