A Date?

It took Theodore quite some time to take care of his farm, he did not expect it to be this difficult to start his farming hobby. 

Besides that, Theodore also did his other duties such as exercising as Reynolds told him to. 

Theodore also went to Reynolds' place every Sunday to learn boxing there. Theodore's life began to stabilize with a repetitive routine. 

And today Theodore was shocked again when he got a call from an unknown number on his cell phone. 

"Who else wants to bother me?" Theodore frowned in surprise when he saw an unfamiliar number calling him. 

Although confused Theodore still picked up the call, he was quite curious about who would call him on this quiet afternoon. 

"Hello?" said Theodore when he decided to pick up the call. 

"Thank goodness it's the right number, I thought you gave me the wrong number," someone answered from the other side. 

The frown on Theodore's forehead deepened when he heard a woman's voice, he began to wonder if he had gotten drunk after going back in time. 

But, strangely Theodore didn't remember making any mistakes like he did in his previous life. 

"Who is this?" Theodore finally gave up and decided to ask the woman directly. 

"It's me, Lorelei. You seem to have forgotten me," Lorelei said with a chuckle. 

"Oh my, it's you." Theodore just remembered that he had given Lorelei his number. 

It was just that the incident had happened a week ago, so Theodore had forgotten he had given Lorelei his number. 

And Theodore also didn't expect Lorelei to actually call him. There were actually too many things going on for Theodore to forget about this matter. 

"Looks like you weren't expecting my call," Lorelei replied, sounding unperturbed by Theodore's reaction. 

"That's not it. I just thought you wouldn't call me after all this time," Theodore replied quite amused. 

Lorelei chuckled softly when she heard Theodore's words, "You're right. I'm sorry, there's been a lot of work lately."

"No problem. So why are you finally contacting me now?" Theodore immediately asked what Lorelei wanted from him. 

"I just wanted to confirm if this was really your number," Lorelei replied. 

This time it was Theodore who laughed, of course he knew why Lorelei was calling him. He just wanted to make sure. 

"Alright, then are you free tonight? There's something about the cooking class that I want to ask you." Theodore invited Lorelei to go out with him. 

"I'll make time for you." Lorelei's voice sounded happy with Theodore's invitation. 

"Want me to come pick you up?" Theodore offered himself. 

"You can if you want," Lorelei replied. 

"Send me your address. I'll pick you up at 7pm tonight," Theodore explained later. 

"Then I'll see you later." Lorelei disconnected their call. 

Theodore grinned contentedly after that, he didn't expect himself to go together with Lorelei, he didn't know if this would bring good things to him in the future or not.

Time passed quickly as Theodore arrived in front of the apartment where Lorelei was. Theodore was currently waiting outside his car for Lorelei to get off. 

Theodore was actually quite familiar with the area around Lorelei's apartment because it was a popular area for young people from the elite. 

Theodore did not know that Lorelei was one of the rich people in K City. As Theodore was lost in thought, Lorelei slowly walked towards Theodore at this time. 

"Hello, I didn't expect you to arrive on time." Lorelei greeted Theodore when she was near. 

As Theodore looked up to stare at Lorelei, he was silent for a few moments as he gazed at Lorelei's beautiful face. 

Lorelei was currently wearing a tight white shirt, then a black leather jacket on the outside. Not forgetting the black jeans. 

"You look beautiful tonight," Theodore said with a smile.

Then, Theodore got up from his position and walked towards the front car door and opened it for Lorelei. 

"Thank you." Lorelei smiled as Theodore treated her. 

Theodore just nodded slowly, then stepped towards the door on the other side, he would be taking Lorelei to dinner today. 

Once Theodore was in the car and it started moving, Lorelei decided to open her voice. 

"Where are you taking me today?" asked Lorelei quite curiously. 

"Autumn Lounge on Main street," replied Theodore, already telling Martha to reserve a place for him at one of the famous restaurants in K-town. 

Lorelei looked quite surprised when she heard Theodore's answer. 

"How did you know about my favorite restaurant?" Lorelei was surprised that Theodore would take her to his favorite restaurant. 

"So Autumn Lounge is your favorite restaurant. Then I made the right choice," Theodore replied while chuckling softly. 

"Not many people would choose that place as their date destination," Lorelei replied quite impressed with Theodore's choice. 

"I'm happy if you consider tonight a date." Theodore glanced at Lorelei out of the corner of his eye. 

As Lorelei's face reddened when she realized what he had said, she looked away and chose to stare out the window. 

Theodore just smiled faintly and didn't tease Lorelei any further, he didn't want to become enemies with someone like Lorelei. 

Honestly, Theodore didn't expect Lorelei to become bloodthirsty in the future, even though if he saw her at this time she was like a young woman as usual. 

Even if the two of them did not become partners Theodore had no intention of antagonizing Lorelei in the future.

Theodore spent a very good time with Lorelei tonight, he spent until late at night just talking with Lorelei. 

But, one thing Theodore found out tonight was that Lorelei was going to Z City next week, so Tuesday of this week was the last day Theodore would see Lorelei. 

Now Theodore realized that Lorelei was indeed from K City, but she was in Z City when the zombie apocalypse broke out in this world. 

"It looks like it will be difficult to survive together with Lorelei." In his car heading home, Theodore began to think hard. 

Because Theodore had no intention of visiting Z City or staying in Z City when the apocalypse started later. 

Theodore will go to City A in two weeks because approximately one month from now the zombie apocalypse will begin. 

Before that, Theodore had to go to City A to take refuge in the place where the base would be built. 

Theodore also intended to look for heavy vehicles in City A, given that City A was a strong military city. 

It should be quite easy for Theodore to get the heavy vehicle. Although before that Theodore had to settle his weapons issue with Shawn.
