Hugging

The rest of the party was you looking for Hannah and then slumping down on her couch when you couldn't find her.

IN and woojin came over and started talking to you but you weren't fully engaged in their conversation. You were thinking of Chan. The way he had looked at you had set off several feelings and emotions that you weren't that familiar with.

You had an ex, Justin. He had been the best boyfriend at first, but after a few months he turned very toxic and you found yourself lonely as ever when around him.

When you broke up with him you basically lost all of your friends, which was why it was so easy to leave America.

"Y/n? Hello? Earth to Y/n." You blink looking up at Felix and Hannah.

IN and Woojin had apparently left when you stopped responding to them. Stray kids and Hanah were the only people left at the party, wanting to say goodbye before the night ended. 

"Sorry, sorry. I'm in my head now a days." You say with an embarrassed chuckle.

You get up and hug Hannah. "Thank you for the party." You say smiling.

You move over to Felix and hug him too. "Thanks for coming. I hope we can hang out more."

"Well, we have practice on monday if you want to come watch us." Felix invites you and you hop up and down. It would be great to see them practicing!

"Of course I'll come!" You look over and find Chan's eyes on you and a smile on his face. He makes eye contact with you and you blush looking away.

"Great, we are going to take off." Felix says and you follow him over to the others.

"Bye guys." You say, giving everyone a hug. You hesitate to give Chan a hug but don't want to stand out so you carefully wrap your arms around him.

Your heart pounds against his and you blush before quickly pulling away. You had felt so safe in those arms but you couldn't hug him for too long.

You try to wipe your blush away with your hands and smile as everyone leaves. When the door closes you immediately turn to Hannah.

"I need to talk to you! I can't believe what happened tonight!"

--------------------Chan's POV----------------------

Since I was the last to leave I heard   Y/n's exclamation. I smile softly. Was she talking about me? My smile changes to a frown. She can't be talking about me, nothing happened.

I follow Straykids out of the apartment and to the van. The manager was inside and we all hop in.

Maybe something had happened. Out on the balcony. I had felt some sort of spark and when we looked at each other....Y/n's eyes were so beautiful. She had looked beautiful today.

Resting my head on the head rest, I sigh, feeling confused. I pull out my phone to see if she texted me but she hasn't. I want to talk to her but I am not sure what to talk about so I don't text. Such a coward.

I set my phone down and sigh again closing my eyes. At least I'll see her on monday.
