------Ray pov--------

after playing around with Sai for a couple of hours while testing the ability of my wing, and its awesome, speed, agility, and hardly I feel any consummation in soul power under high-speed flight.

now I am standing in front of Sophia ready to fight as a test of where I stand.

after preparing, as Sai give the signal Sophia appears behind me sweeping her tail down on my head, I Dodge to the right causing the ground I was standing at to turn crystal 'using a skill from the beginning?' i open the space between us as this skill of Sophia cause anything come in contact with her tail to turn crystal (crystal wipe).

starting to use the first and second skills of my lung material art, using the crystal bullet to gain space between us then using the mist to hide and interface in her spiritual sense prepared to attack unnoticed.

at that moment, I sense Sophia gathering spiritual and soul energy in her moth 'she trying to use a sonic scream! probably thinking of spreading the gathering mist' i infused my cristal element in the mist close to me, and activate my shield skill. after the attack hit, all the mist around me despaired except the close one and the shield, taking this chance, Sophia sprinted in my direction to catch me unprepared but the moment her antennas touch my shield I a activate the counter shock wave sending the absorbed attack back to her sending her flying.

Sophia stabilize herself using air steps to stay floating, I deployed my wings and flow behind her reinforcing my arms and leg with soul power intending to fight in close combat to test my body.

-----------3rd Pov--------

after sending Sophia flying and going after her, Ray starts to use his material arts to fight, in the heat of the fight Sophia notice that Ray is improving in the fight, with every punch, kick, and dodge becoming more refined and natural, with his movement becoming sharper and more dangerous, causing Sophia to struggle at the end to even land a hit on him 'what a Guinness, the more we fight, the more he becomes better, not only in his attacks but also enemy reading and environmental factors use in a fight. brilliant, Truly Brilliant!' thinking so, a smile greases her face, as she starts to enjoy the fight.

the fight starts to get heated. out of nowhere, he deactivates his bloodline while defending, causing him to fly away.

but in the process, he activated his nature fox material soul, kicking the air and leaving a yellow spark behind to appear right on top of Sophia ready to punch her down, Sophia got caught off guard, as the very activation of his martial soul, cause the element around to destabilize, in desperation she swings her tail on him, but it past trow his torso, like it cut flames to ends up slammed to the ground.

Ray look happy "yes! that clean hit" noticing later that Sophia didn't pick up he landed beside her "you ok" but before he notice a tail warp around his leg dropping him to the ground "now where even" will still lying Sophia said with a laugh " that was your element Body right? that was cheating!? if someone doesn't have a way to infuse his spiritual power in his attack or empower your soul power which is basically possible to only soul Douluo or higher. you definitely a nightmare to your enemy."

Ray Hambly said "I know that this innate skill is strong, but probably anyone higher than me by 2 ranks can land an attack. not much of a cheat"

Sophia looked at him as if seen an idiot, then realized something "except your ancestor lady, did you ever meet a cultivator before?" Ray title his head and shake his head in denial, Sophia changes her position to face him" then you should make some times to look around the human settlement."

she continue with a serious face " from what I saw so far, someone with the pure soul as yours outside has to be at least a soul Douluo, and that without taking your ultimate element into consideration"

Ray was surprised and start to chuckle causing Sophia to get confused "why you are laughing"

Ray spread his hand and legs before looking at the giant tree in front "you see, while my body was evolving, I was called by my master somehow, and I was learning under her" he stopped talking noticing sai coming and setting beside him after shrinking his size "big bro pat me! pat me!" smiling and did what he ask and continue to speak "so, after I came back here, I know the true value of this place, and also the meaning of what I trying to pull up" Sophia look at him with a happy smile but didn't stop him, just keep listening

she feels that after he woke up, his character have some changes. he didn't lose his happy and sunny personality, but somehow he becomes more mature, not like he wasn't before, more like he was living in a dream until now, he was seeing everything from outside without knowing that his taking things lightly, but now he gave the image of a man of responsibility

Ray not noticing continue "when I come here, I only have the idea to live my life away from the problems and conflicts while exploring the world and its mystery without care" he looks at Sophia "and the reason for me to even come with the idea of the bond contract is open a route for me to interact with soul beast without fair on my life" he looks around again with a sad smile "but here we are, I have the resource, the ability, and the way that can change the world to better or worse, all of it in my hand." he put his palms in front of him "and instead of feeling happy and pride from my strength, I feel..."

Ray clinch his hand before nodding and putting his face in sleeping Sai Furry's back, after a while he feels a soft sensation on top of his head looking up, and found Sophia patting his head with her tail end

"I honestly don't know how to help you, as I don't really know what you feel" stopping her petting, she shrink in size and setting behind him "but I know for sure that you have a rightful heart, and i assure you that whatever the change you cause, I will be there to back you up and answer anything I can, after all, were bonded and your fate is mine"

closing her eyes" just live the way you see right and leave the rest to the future, it is called the Future for reason"

Ray lay at her side closing his eyes "I see" feeling at ease he fell asleep.

unknown to both of them 3 shadow lights were at the high end of Plana sky monitoring them with smiles.

Finally chapters, sorry for the late.

so this will be the end of the first short vol, and so I have a little voting about the route Love interest.

I know every few will do but here we go:

first: Make Hao Yuhao a girl and make the mc have her and Tang Wutong as his wives.

Second: make it with Ma Xiaotao as the sole female lead.
