"Be grateful that i made you similar to me. You get to be like me that is your biggest accomplishment. Never forget that."

Truly the most shameless guy i have ever meet.

-sigh

With a long sigh, i chose to ignore this sentance as we countinue to converse.

"Are there others like you?"

"Do you think there are any person as cool as me?"

He asked me back in a offended tone.

"What i meant was, are there other regressors?"

I asked him. Simply choosing to ignore the narcissistic words of the man child infront of me.

"There are."

He answered in a solemn tone.

"Who are they?"

"There are three that you need to know."

"They are Ren, Kevin and the demon king jezebeth"

Listening to his words sent my mind into spiral of thoughts.

I was not that much suprised that Ren was a regressors but Kevin and demon king being regressors was completely out of my expectation.

"There was no mention of Kevin being a regressor in my memories. Was it false."

"There was no mention cause Kevin himself did not know that he had regressed."

"Kevin is a special case even among the regressors."

He informed me.

Special case?

What does he mean by that?

"You know that Kevin has a special system, right?"

Without saying anything i just nodded at his words as a sign of confirmation.

"You see, that system is given to Kevin cause he is chosen by the Akashic records itself."

Does that mean his regression is done by Akashic records itself.

"Yes, as you are thinking, it is done by Akashic records itself. Akashic records shows him, his future self in of different..... Timeline. Yes that's the word."

"Wait a minute, i don't understand something. Why is Akashic records so much focused on Kevin. Was he the strongest of all."

I inquired about the question that has been bugging me since the start of Kevin's explanation.

Why would Akashic records care about only Kevin when there are others who might be stronger than him.

"Pfttttt, Kevin and the strongest. Hahahahaha"

"That was a great joke."

"The sole reason for Akashic records favouring Kevin over others is cause only he can kill jezebeth."

Only Kevin can kill demon king?

".....But, why? Why would only Kevin be able to beat jezebeth?"

I asked him as i did not have enough information regarding this situation.

"I said only Kevin is able to kill him and the reason is something you will know in future."

-sigh

What a mess. This sure is gonna be a problem in future. Hah.

"Let's stop talking about other for now. So, what exactly are you planning?"

I asked with a straight face but without much expectations for answers.

"Nothing"

"..ehhh!"

A weird sound left my mouth as i heard his answer.

What did he mean by nothing. No more than that-

"What have you been doing till now?"

I asked him the question to spill all the beans.

"Now you want to hear about the great thing yours truly has done huh. Then listen, I first of all implanted the fake memories of having a past life,

Gave you a personality close to mine so you won't have any trouble adapting to the metality,

Well that was easy actually cause six eyes makes a person very apathetic,

And then when i noticed that you were going went the flow of the memories that i implanted,

I just changed the events abit to change that mindset abit,

And i told that weakling to kill you, I-"

"What the fuck do you mean you told IFER to kill me."

What the actual hell.

I nearly died due to that.

"Why? Cause you needed to get more powerful for future."

He replied casually.

"Does that means demons actually doesn't know about six eyes?"

I asked him as this could be crucial for the future.

"Oh, yes demons are not aware of it. Jezebeth does know though."

He answered me.

It is really a good thing cause i won't have to watch over my back.

"But, how did you get in contact with IFER."

"I have my ways. And i changed something from your memory."

"And you won't tell me about it, will you?"

I asked him with a deadpan face.

"Bingo. You are absolutely right about that."

He answered me in a frustratingly cherry tone.

-sigh

I couldn't help but sigh hearing him.

I have been sighing alot since i started talking to him.

Suddenly when i was thinking about this conversation, i got struck upon a revelation.

"Hey, what about ren?"

When i asked about ren, his happy go lucky aura vanished as if it was never there.

What replaced it was a completely apathetic aura.

An aura of a person who doesn't care about others at all.

A complete aura of indifference.

"Let's talk about serious matters, shall we."

He spoke in a tone full of solemnity.

And then he told me about the regressor ren.

Apparently regressor ren is the one who is making moves in the background.

Regressor ren is under a curse of some sort.

While he did not tell me various details, about the regressor ren, but one thing is for sure, that regressor ren might be the biggest threat.

This seriously is gonna be a mess in the future ain't it.

And the main problem is regressor ren can even take control of Ren.

Incase that happens, I have to most probably deal with him and maybe start the cycle once again.

This must be the reason for the other me to have taken such a risk to gain enough power.

But the main problem here is that, he did not tell me anything about the regressor Ren's motive.

Now that i think about it, he did not tell me his own motive either.

I glanced at him, just to see him looking at me with an all knowing look on his face.

"Looks like our time is up"

He muttered still, with the all knowing look present on his face.
