Anastasia and Liam descended the stairs together, their smiles radiant as they entered the welcoming embrace of their family.

Elisabeth was the first to spot Liam, her face lighting up with joy as she rushed forward to greet him.

"Liam! You're back!" Elisabeth exclaimed, enveloping him in a warm hug.

Elisabeth has always been nice to him but since she knew he was her daughter's mate, she started to treat him extra nicely.

He is very grateful for this.

Liam returned the hug, feeling the love and warmth of his family surrounding him. "It's good to be back," he replied, his voice filled with genuine happiness.

Anastasia beamed at him, her eyes shining with excitement. "Everyone missed you so much, Liam!"

Liam grinned at his mate, feeling a rush of affection for her. "I've missed you too, Anastasia," he said, giving her a quick hug before turning to greet the rest of the family.
