Just like that the year is almost about to end and Liam continued to practice diligently after all, he still has a revenge to take and people to protect.

"It's a new day…" Liam smiled and get out of his bed, this time there is no sound of training or snoring in the house.

'I really missed those three' Liam sighed.

"Good morning senior brother Roland, senior sister Hanna, Senior sister Maya" Liam made a small bow.

"Hahaha junior brother, the year is about to end" Roland said while Hanna just nodded her head.

"We want you to participate and represent the black rose in the competition" Hanna said.

"Yes" Maya spoke this time.

"But why?" Liam asked, it seems his seniors want to use him as a scapegoat.

"It is a Qi condensation realm competition, you will join and make a name for yourself while also reminding the Celestial Blossom Sect that the Black Rose still exist, win and make Black Rose proud!" Roland is all smiles as well.

Liam stay silent and pondered about this, if he participated he will be attracting attention but on the other hand the black rose has been really helpful and he will wants to see it rise.

'But in the end, there is a certain level of danger' Liam thought.

"I am too weak and lack assaulting techniques, I don't even have one defensive technique" Liam quickly made an excuse.
