Liam has already dressed up the next day, yesterday when he was chatting with David, he came to learn about the little incident that happened between his senior sister and Ivan…

But he didn't care as today will be the day he will start learning the techniques of the black rose, he is extremely enthusiastic to start the training and silently prayed in his heart that it won't be as painful as the last time.

He jogged towards the Black Rose building and entered the hall, he kept getting lost again and again…

"Hah… Hah…" Liam Panted hard while bending over from exhaustion.

"Oh seems you are lost?" Maya asked when she saw the tired Liam.

"Uh yes" Liam scratched the back of his head in embarrassment, he is so pathetic that he lost his way!

"Follow me, your first training will begin today" Maya smiled and led the way, Liam tried his best to memorize the routes they took until they stood before another day.

'Another Large black rom?' Liam thought as they stood before another door.

Maya effortlessly push it open and contrary to what Liam expected, it is not another large black hall, but an open ground with a gentle breeze blowing.

"Firstly, you need to clear your mind and study this diagram very careful" Maya said and gave him a paper with a very detailed leaf drawn on it.

"What will I do after this?" Liam curiously asked.

"You just need to visualize the leaf and fill it with your energy and bring it to life" Maya smiled.

"That's it?" Liam asked with a shocked expression.

"Yes junior brother, extremely simple, right?" Maya smiled but behind that smile is a world of mockery, she will gladly watch how he will fulfill this task that he deemed simple!

Liam look at the leaf, it has some nodes marked on it which prompted Liam to ask, "What does this mean?"

"This are the points that you will need to inject your energy, from the first node, you will continue to inject more energy till the fourteenth node and then you will be able to materialize it!" Maya explained.

Liam nodded his head and study the leaf diagram a little bit more, after giving it one last glance, Liam decided that he has mastered it and thus, he wanted to give it a try!

'Alright, it has fourteen nodes and I have to inject my energy through all the nodes"' Liam thought as he tried to visualize the leaf.

Even though he is good at imagining things, he still failed but it didn't discourage him, instead he tried even harder!

'I did it!' The leaf gradually took shape, excitement and pride washed over Liam's heart, but in the end.... his mouth is wide opened in shock!

The reason? the leaf has vanished!

"Hahaha, I see… you must have been excited with your little excitement which lead to your concentration failing and that result in the collapse of the leaf diagram in your mind" Maya giggled beside the shocked Liam.

"I will give it a try again" Liam is determined to not let his concentration to be broken ever again.

Liam closed his eyes an visualize the leaf in his mind again, he slowly inject his energy to the first node, the moment his Qi come into contact with the first node, he felt a large suction force as if it will suck his mind into God knows where!

"Argh…" Liam grunted and fought against the force that is attempting to suck his mind away while at the same time attempting to keep his concentration so as to prevent the Leaf from disappearing.

'Not bad' Maya smiled and watch everything unfold.

Liam finally managed to adapt to the tug at his mental power and the pain, 'I should try to pour my Qi into the second node now'

Liam watched the second node, it has two nodes by its side, one at the right and one at the left!

Liam didn't know which to choose so he randomly chose to inject more Qi from the first node to the node at the left!

The moment his energy surge beyond the first node, the pain and tug on his mind return, with a grunt, Liam decided to continue pushing forward and inject more energy towards the left node, it lit up with a purple light!

Before Liam could celebrate his success, another pain assaulted his mind and the tugging on his mind doubled!

"Argh!" He couldn't help but shout due to the pain and in the end, the leaf in his mind starts to vanish bit by bit!

"No! NO!" Liam shouted as he tried to stop the leaf from disappearing, he couldn't fail at the second node!

"Do not over exact yourself" Liam heard Maya's voice but he didn't listened to her and instead continued his attempt at keeping the Leaf together.

"Argh!!!" A painful shout escaped his mouth, deep inside him, the leaf exploded therefore adding to his pain!
