Within the Darkness

In this place, there is nothing.

Even though you desperately search something in this place there is nothing, but you can only find darkness everywhere.

But in that moment, there is a light or rather spiritual being in body form known as soul in human perspective.

"Hmmm"

"Arghhh"

When I open my eyes I only see darkness everywhere.

"Where I am?"

"The last time I remember is that when I am about to go home, then I heard a scream and when I turn my head, I felt the pain in my left stomach"

"I think someone stabbed me"

"Argh"

"Hah"

"Well my life before I died is pretty much ordinary, there is nothing memorable memory for me"

"That is why I don't have any particular reason to get attached in that life anyway"

"Haah"

"Anyway, everything here is only darkness and I don't know how much time passed"

"From my perspective in only few minutes passed but I feel like it is already eons"

"I don't know what will I do in here"

"If only there is something I can do here like reading some novel"

"I don't know if it true in some novel I read, where the protagonist will meet some god to fulfill his wishing before he transfer in some world to do want he wants"

"But here I am only wandering in the darkness"

"How about I study this darkness, like in cultivation in some novel I read"

"If I remember correctly, it is more on knowing about how it is known as comprehension in cultivation perspective"

"Then let's start, since there is nothing I can do here in an empty space"

In this space he always want to know everything when it comes in comprehension, so he focus in this particular space or dimension to lessen his boredom.

"Hah! the more I stay in here, the more I get bored, even though I felt something in this darkness since the first time I arrive and stay here"

"Oh! Well, I will just continue what I am doing, so that I can forget my loneliness and boredom here"

Some where within the darkness, there is someone who is observing this particular soul, without him knowing.

After million of eons.

"I'm so stupid!!!"

"I spent million of eons here just to understand this darkness in my surroundings, just to failed!!"

"Hah"

"I feel like crying, even though I can't cry in this form"

"Huh!"

"It is simple to understand but I make it complicated, maybe because I expect it to be like those cultivation novel I read in my past life, so I do it like how protagonist cultivate"

"I want to cry"

"I spent million of eons for nothing"

"Wasting my time for misunderstanding"

"It should be done by understanding more on feelings, of how you feel when your alone, when your lonely without someone by your side"

"My surrounding is nothing, but darkness"

"I am contemplating, if this is a dream or everything I experience is nothing but a dream"

"I understand almost a half of this darkness, the more I understand, the more I feel like I am going crazy because of this darkness and this loneliness, because I am the only one here, without someone to speak or talk"

"I hope I have someone to talk, rather than going crazy here because I am thinking something useless, just to past time without doing anything, other than understanding this darkness that surrounding me completely"

Somewhere far away from him.

'Hmm'

'It seem he can already understand half of this darkness'

'Well, if he just didn't wasting his time doing something useless because of his expectation and his knowledge of his past life'

'Well, I can't expect him to understand it in instant because we have different start to each other'

'While I understand this darkness because I was born with it, so I can understand it instantly'

'At least he let go of his expectation and start from the start'

'It is hard to let go of what you know after all'

'I already forgot the time when I find something interesting, other than creating of things or beings before, just to past time doing nothing here other than watching my creations doing things they deem worthy of their time and selves'

'So make it faster in understand this darkness little one'

"I feel like someone is watching me?"

"That is impossible!?"

"I stay here for million of eons already"

"Then why only now, that I feel it!?"

"Maybe because I already understand half of this darkness"

"That's is only the only reason I can think of"

"Is there someone here!!!"

"Is it just my imagination?"

"Maybe, if I fully understand this darkness, then I will know if there is someone here besides me"
